If I increase the dosage I feel the first symptoms of excess estrogen so I immediately take an anti-estrogen but obviously that's normal. Never had pip!

Effectiveness was good. It fixed many low testosterone symptoms for me: better mood, better erections, better quality of life, weight gain and lower body fat.
The first noticeable effects came in around 2 weeks. For TRT purpose it worked well and I was satisfied.
The effects matched what I expect from testosterone enanthate. Mood, libido, erections and general well-being improved after starting TRT.
The oil also felt good quality. It was thin enough and easy to inject with a slin pin.
I am sensitive to E2. I wanted to do once weekly injections, but that elevated my E2 too much and gave me side effects like mood changes and nipple pain. With more frequent injections, it was easier to handle.
For injections, I used a slin pin and did subq shots. Injection was comfortable. Sometimes I got a small lump for 2-3 days, but nothing serious. No real PIP issue.

I used this product for TRT. My dose was 50mg EOD and I used it for around 24 weeks. I did not stack it with anything else.
