Little background, I started losing weight back in June 2024 when I was at my heaviest, 330lbs and 6'3", really just a fat bastard. I used tirz and in about 12 months I got to my goal weight of 230, but I wasn't taking fitness seriously and lost so much muscle during that time. I started the gym in November 2024, but was not consistent or serious enough about it until spring 2025. I got my first dexa in August 2025 and was over 30% bodyfat even at my lower right. I really have been trying to dial in and I started trt in December. Now as much as I love buying drugs online (many of you have seen my touchdown pics) and using crazy injectable preworkouts, I have not run any cycles because frankly i knew I was too fat, even though I'm not a strong aromatizer. I'm not counting the low dose NPP that I'm seeing good joint improvement from.

Per my scan yesterday I'm below 18% bf and I have a real plan to get to 12-14% before my next scan in Sept. At that point I start digging into my stash and the real fun begins.

Besides being proud of myself for making progress I also wanted to thank the community. It's inspiring to see everyone and makes me want to improve myself, especially seeing you older bastards in such great shape. Keep it up!
