Order in for 2 x genx tropin hgh kits , has anyone tried this HGH ?
I received my order and it's missing 4 vials of the tren e. I'm not happy at all. I've ordered from pro supps several times in the past and all was good. This was a $1200 order I figured they'd treat me well and not forget anything. Pro supps if you're reading this I'd be more than happy to give you my order number. That was the main thing I needed in this order.
They gave me all of my tracking numbers which is 3 total. I received 2 out of the 3. The third order states I places it before March 6, 2026 and I placed 11 days ago. This place is getting on my nerves. I don't think I'm ever going to order from them again.
unseen423dude its an intl order, 11 days is nothing. these guys are excellent to work with and will get you sorted.
To clarify, you placed a larger order from the United States, which was divided into three separate parcels as part of a standard shipping procedure intended to minimize the likelihood of customs-related delays or inspections. Your concern is that the delivery process is taking longer than expected - 11 days.
has anyone else had issues recently with orders and with contacting support? I have made orders with them a couple times before and never had an issue, service was perfect actually. but this most recent order i have got little to no response from support team and i’m starting to get a little worried. just curious if anyone else has experienced similar?
i’ve since got a reply and they upgraded my delivery to special next day as an apology. once again amazing customer service 10/10 would recommend.

Is anyone else experiencing delayed tracking numbers from pro supps? My order has been complete for several days. They used to supply it immediately upon completing the order after your processing is over.
We still have not heard back from you.
