While others are dealing with delivery delays and oversold stock, my issue is quality.Their Primo gave me such crippling post-injection pain (PIP) that I had to throw my vials away. I run Primo from other sources with no issues, so it is definitely a problem with their batch.I reached out privately to let them fix it, but they completely ghosted me. They have potential, but they do not have their shit together right now.

I usually don’t like making stuff public, but at this point I feel like people should know how this situation has been handled.

I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for my order. Two packages were seized, and instead of getting a real solution, I was basically told to order from the US warehouse to avoid another seizure.

The problem is the US warehouse barely has inventory, only has limited options, and the prices are higher — so I’m being asked to spend more money for less value after already waiting months and dealing with two failed shipments.

I asked Frank for a better rate on the US warehouse to make the situation fair, and he declined. No real discount, no extra product to make up for it, no refund, no fair credit — just basically “order from the US side” even though it doesn’t have what I originally wanted.
I understand seizures happen. I’m not saying that part is directly his fault. But how you handle a loyal customer after it happens twice absolutely matters.

At this point, I’m trying to understand how it makes more sense to lose money on two seized packages instead of just making it right with a discounted US order, extra product, store credit, or a refund.

I gave this situation way more patience than most people would. But after almost 3 months, two seizures, higher prices, limited inventory, and no real attempt to make it right, it honestly feels like I got taken advantage of.

I’m posting this because customers deserve to know how things are handled when something goes wrong. I gave him every chance to fix it privately.
