-1 Advice with a beginner stack!

Hello!

(Current Cycle/Labs)
I am currently running 200mg cyp that puts me at 1223 total test with 306 free, and 629 bio available.
My e2 is sitting at a 62

Panels that came back abnormal are:
AST at 50 U/L
ALT at 54 U/L
HDL Cholesterol at 44 mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol at 79 mg/dL
Hematocrit at 51.5%

(Current Stats)
I am 5’10”, down to 165 lbs, not sure what my bf% is but I would guess 20%. Have dealt with the skinny fat build majority of my life with more fat on the stomach and 12” circumference arms (middle of bicep and tricep)

I plan to get up to 250/300 test, add 100mg primo (for cut along with lowering my e2 when increasing test) and 2-4iu of HGH.

Any advice is MUCH appreciated!

A lot of guys chase those levels for years. The free test is solid, total is solid, you are in a good spot hormonally.
Here is the thing though. At 5'10 165lbs and 20% bodyfat you are sitting around 130lbs of lean mass. That is a nutrition and training problem, not a hormone problem. Adding primo, bumping test and throwing in HGH on top of that will not change the fundamentals. You will still be in the same spot six months (most likely) from now if the diet and training are not locked in.
The skinny fat issue you described is almost always a combination of not enough protein, inconsistent training and too little muscle mass overall to drive a decent metabolism. Compounds do not fix that. What fixes that is a solid caloric surplus with high protein, progressive overload in the gym and consistency over time.
Your liver values and hematocrit are already showing mild stress on just 200mg. Bumping to 300 plus adding more compounds means more variables to manage and more risk, and the potential upside at your current body composition is pretty limited. I would stay where you are, get the diet dialed in, train hard for another 6 to 12 months and see where you land. You might be surprised what your body can do when the basics are actually optimized )

Better to do things naturally for a while, like 2-3 years so you can learn how your body reacts to certain types of training. If you don't know this then you'll lose all your gains when coming off.

What im if im a lifer on test? I find the broad spectrum of advice ive gotten quite interesting!

sandman3698's picture

Well the trt your on is still within the natural range.
Steroids aren't magic. You have to learn how to eat, train and even sleep first.

Some places say 900-1000 some 900-1100 and 1000-1200.... I mightve been being biased lol.

YOU DO NOT NEED STEROIDS!!!!!!

I am 5’10”, down to 165 lbs, not sure what my bf% is but I would guess 20%.

StackedJacked's picture

Well.. my natural test was 313, so im on TRT regardless at 100mg a week

You're a lean 110lbs. Thats food on point and gym. Not helping you further.
