How much HGH should I have in reserve?

ad

First post ever so bear with me if I do anything wrong.

Relatively new to HGH and wanted to get some insight from the veterans here. With everything going on lately making it harder to source GH reliably, how much should I realistically have in reserve?

Just got my IGF levels back, sitting at 246 with a Z score of 1, which I was told puts me in a pretty solid spot. I'm planning to starting with 2IUs daily, maybe 4 eventually, though I'm not currently running anything yet, just building a stockpile given the current climate.

From what I've heard it takes around six months to see reasonable results, so I'm budgeting for at least a year's worth minimum, which puts me at roughly 1000+ IUs. Assuming I already have that covered, how much additional should I be holding? Or is the play right now just to grab as much as possible while it's available, similar to what happened with Primo and Masteron earlier last year?

Not working with an unlimited budget here so just trying to gauge whether a year's supply at 2-3 IUs daily is enough or if I should be stacking more.

Thanks Guys!

I’d say 6 months to 1 year worth at the dose you plan to run is a good start.

I like rotating sources and older stuff homies always come around at the right time usually...if not I run under. Stuff maybe a bit higher ... Unless it's really really good or something...I do this cause I've seen such variance in sides such ... Always keeping up on here things change a lot quickly now a days

As much as you can afford like everything else in life

It depends, brother.

Your reserve should be based on your planned daily dose, not a random IU number.

Personally, if you’re committed to running GH long-term alongside TRT, cruising, blasting, or an off-season growth phase, I’d feel comfortable having at least 6-12 months worth on hand.

Honestly, a year’s supply at 5-6 IU/day is already a pretty solid stockpile in my opinion.

Your protocol will ultimately dictate how much you need.

I always have a few months worth in advance and when I'm putting in orders grab a new supply to stock up.

I've heard that for the fat loss effects, like before you actually start noticing, but honestly have no idea.

Right on. I always assumed that was for the people just taking it for anti aging and not actually bodybuilding or anything. Like a "don't expect miracles" type of disclaimer for normal people.

I have 5 years worth at 5IU/day. You’ll want to invest in a deep freezer for your peptides long term storage

I’ve never had a solid answer if freezing it would harm the product.

Freeze thaw cycles might. Which is why I put them in a deep freezer that doesn’t have a thaw cycle

Thanks bro. I have a deep freezer.

You can’t go wrong with a year of stock on hand.
