PMROids used to be excellent and quick in handling and resolving problems. Lately, I've noticed they've changed. I have a shipment that's delayed, and I haven't received a satisfactory response. The reply seemed to be that the shipment was delayed due to the war. Damn it! Tell me when it will arrive because the tracking isn't showing anything about it.

Thanks for the attention note but I haven't given any extra product or benefit to exchange for reviews. He received 2 orders without any issue and write verified and really good review so I asked to check 4 stars reason while all of them great in his review so he fixed it. Also, it is not the first time happened for my source or all other top 10 sources to look their stars rates.

Over 60 days without receiving my order first time they shipped the product the tracking number had a postage and it was fake I tell them about it so I contacted them 10 days after just to be sure, support tell me to be rest assured and that I will receive my package the postage is not an issue and that the manufacture is bad at updating tracking numbers even though the the tracking number didn’t exist thirty days go by I contact support again they apologize and offer to reship they didn’t even take accountability and try to check the first time 8 days go by i receive a new tracking number. Tracking number this time is getting updates but after clearing Customs it says in transit for the past 3 weeks I contact support again and tell the the package been in transit for 3 weeks I get the rest assured and that my package will arrive. Like really? Pmroids used to be good but now it’s just a scam and support don’t do any due diligence or take accountability
