IMPORTANT:
Lost or missing orders
1 If the order is lost or missing because of mistakes made by the customer we will not reship or compensate you in anyway. This includes any mistake made by the customer that causes the order not to be delivered. Make sure the post office will deliver to the address you provided.
2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.
3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Orders are taken on a “first come/paid, first served” basis. T/A will be 3 to 5 days, assuming the mail is moving as it should be. We do not control shipping times during holidays or bad weather in your area. Bear with us.

i've placed many orders and been meaning to leave a review. first i want to say the email responses are insane how fast they are. and the shipping sometimes is literally 24 hours total time max 2-3 days for me it's incredible. all these other sources on here have no idea what there doing in terms of shipping time. they will learn soon hopefully haha only downside is theres no masteron so hopefully soon!

Right. I ordered this week and had a tracker the next morning after I paid. Always thankful to have a source with quality gear , customer service , and crazy turn time.
