Quick question guys, please no smart ass answers like "because it's stronger" for some reason I always get wicked bad acne on 87s test. No other sources test does it to me this bad. Not to be a smart ass but his test usually is stronger. I’ve noticed that the test c 200 is usually a bit overdosed, which I prefer. If it gets too bad maybe see your doctor and get some antibiotics. Amox always does the trick.

Try a small amount of baking soda mixed in water for a preworkout. It will lower the lactic acid allowing you to do more reps.
This is an old power lifting trick. Take one teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate with a teaspoon of sea salt and see how your workout improves! I tell people this is my preworkout and all they do is look at me with that fluoride stare… that and black coffee is all I use!
The first use I heard of was from Germany in the 1930's for endurance runners. I wouldn't think it would help for powerlifiting too much because there's not much endurance needed for that. The baking soda helps more if you're trying to do more reps and not just heavier weight
You can pick up baking soda bicarbonate for cheap at nutrition shops, taste like shit but it does help

I bought that fancy Amazon stuff because its cheap. Measure out the baking soda and put it in little baggies. You can even wrap them with some plastic and keep them in your pocket. That way you can conveniently put them in a water bottle and drink them before the gym. If you're not sure about the dosage you can carry a small scale with you to weigh the baggies out before you pour them in your water. If you go to the gym with friends you should meet them at a nearby park before you go to the gym and hand out the baggies that way they can get a good workout too.
