How long does the half life feel for oil based TNE
For me I take it 1.5-2 hours before gym and I’d say I feel the boost of it for 6 hours after that. That’s around about. Also depends on how much fuel you gave your body to perform in the gym to begin with. High carbs long snd short chain together are best. Then high protein and BCAA afterwards repair. Glycerol an hour before too and well hydrated of course.
It only lasts a couple hours.

I would stick with IM, I have accidentally got a little shallow with TNE before and the pip was rough. Also the extension of a half life by pinning it sub-q would be so minuscule it wouldn’t be worth the pip in my opinion.
