Not eating enough and gaining muscle don’t work so make sure you hit your macros workout like a madman and drop the fat. Once you drop the fat and you want to cycle stick to test only. No reason to add mast when your 20% bf believe me all the guys here set me straight with that
I’d be focused on losing the weight with proper nutrition and high intensity workouts. Drop the gear run the tirz.
Yeah have diet , just very hard to eat enough while on tirzepatide
I’m running Reta now but on Tirz I was consistently hitting 220-250g of protein daily. My Hume scale showed the consistent drop in subcutaneous fat and increase in lean muscle mass. It’s tough but you just gotta force yourself. I work out at 5 am fasted so by the time I get home and have my shake around 7:30, my metabolism is ripping even on Tirz/Reta. Test and GH probably help contribute to that hunger lol
Forgot to mention had taken 4 dose of mounjaro 2.5 and two dose of 5 mg already
