Before cut

ad

Putting up some before pictures and will continue to upload as progress continues.
I caved in and have 100mg of Reta coming in
I did my fair share of research and if any of you have any tips or suggestions on how to eat enough maintain muscle that would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to pin just enough to where I don’t have cravings for junk but not enough to the point where food disgusts me. I already suck at eating big meals in one sitting so Ill have to continue eating in portions throughout the day

I appreciate that brother, I've honestly never gave a shit to look good or feel good about myself physically. Got tired of being a fat lazy piece of shit two months ago.

What happened two months ago?

Noxious's picture

just got sick of not giving a shit and being lazy.

Low and slow bud. That's the name of the game with Reta. I started at 0.5 and have just now reached 4mg at the 4 month mark.

sounds good man. should i expect less cravings/appetite supression in the first week at that low dosage?

My first time I started at 1mg/week. It was too much for me. One morning I got nauseous from the taste of my toothpaste, and threw up hamburger from the night before. I’m on Reta for the second time and I have none of the nausea or digestive issues at higher dose. It’s definitely worth starting slow or you could end up in a week of pain.

I'll definitely start at .5 then. I'd rather not feel nauseous for wanting to jump the gun and skip the initial "getting used to it".
Thanks man.

I was quite large when I first started taking it, the suppression and appetite control for me was overwhelming that first week. Granted Reta was my first experience with a GLP1 but you should def feel it the following day at the least.
