What are you guys eating tonight for your anabolic meal? Making my slow cooked, fully loaded hearty chili. Includes: 2lbs lean 97/3 beef, 1lb of diced buffalo turkey breast, 3 finely diced red potatoes, 1/2 cup mixed veggies, 1 cup finely diced mixed peppers, and a can of green chiles and chili beans.

8oz steamed chicken , 6 oz steamed broccoli, 1 tsp soy sauce.
Rinse and repeat until veins pop on the lower abdominals.
Chicken thigh tacos with homemade guac. Made enough for plenty of leftovers.

I don't take omegas just get all my omegas from salmon and my cholesterol markers are perfect since iv been doing this. It's my only fat Meal apart from 20g nut butter In the evening keeps me full and making the prep a breeze man

I cheated. Not cuz of cravings, but really just feeling fatigued. Back to it in the AM. Holy shit tho when you cheat after dieting clean af it pushes out veins like crazy. Had a cheese burger, sweet fries, 2 slices rainbow cookie cake. Diet fatigue gets real. I’m the weirdo tho that actually loses appetite the longer diet is dialed in.
