I got AI to take down a lot of my cycle information, and to create some AI slop. Have you guys done this yet?

I'd switch nac and tudca, and move tudca to 2 hrs or so after anavar so it doesn't interfere with its absorption (I take my tudca with my 2nd meal at 10am).
Add high quality fish oil to twice a day not just in the am
Also be careful running test mast 1/1 if you haven't already. Can cause low E2 symptoms. It does with me so I always go 2/1.
AAAAAAAND I'd highly suggest pinning that mast prop daily.

Yes! Finally another person that agrees that taking liver cleaning with the target oral doesnt sound efficient. Im scared the liver cleanser like tudca is flushing the oral out before it can deliver in the blood. I don't understand fully how it works but im not testing expensive anavar on it lol.
As far as what I've uncovered in my limited scope of reading up on it, plus #broscience, that's exactly the reasoning behind it.
Another thing worth mentioning is that that most (if not all) oral steroids are fat-soluble, and should be taken with a source of fat to help your roids survive digestion and get the most out of them in terms of stable blood levels. I've been chomping tbol up with taco beef, potatoes and fish oil. Yum.
I take my orals with my pre-workout gainer shake that has 2 scoops of peanut butter I put in it. Seems to work extremely well for me as far as getting great effect from the orals when I run them.
Fuck man I ALWAYS forget about peanut butter.. and I love PB.

The tudca I’m taking at night, about 4 hours after I took my last var, so idk if it is really fucking with it. Not any studies on it, so we can’t really say for sure, but google is saying it’s fine. wtf does google really know…right?
I feel safe with 4hrs. I think our community is the only one that thinks about this stuff, thats why you wont see much on it
Thanks for the info on the nac / tudca timing, and I do take the fish oil twice a day, AI aint so good at all this stuff. I constantly harp on it with the errors its constantly stacking up.
My e2 was at 57 before the added layer of the Mast, been feeling good and no noticeable e2 symptoms as of yet. I do notice on the days I pin the Mast I do look drier and more vascular, also piss twice as much as well lol, so the daily mast pin would make more sense.
Absolutely run prop daily without question.
