Hey Key. Been on 8iu of your HGH daily pre bed for a while now. Got my igf1 tested and it came back 428. What’s your thoughts on that? Would you say that’s kinda low for that dosage?
Pushing GH higher eventually hits a hard wall of diminishing returns. The liver has a threshold for IGF-1 conversion, and your receptors will saturate. Once you are sitting with an IGF-1 in the 400s, jacking up the IU just buys you insulin resistance and water retention with zero extra tissue growth. There is absolutely no yield on the extra investment. Not saying you have hit your wall, and this is just how I see it.
Hey man what's your E2 sitting at? I've come to find out that after starting my GH journey, I noticed a trend in my IGF1 levels being affected by my E2 standing. When i was running primo and knocking down my E2, my IGF1 levels took a hit as well. The relationship is physiologically well established because estrogen plays an important role in hepatic GH signaling and IGF1 production.
Sensitive E2 test came back at 75. Igf1 was at 428 while using 8iu HGH daily. I use humalog too so idk why the igf1 isn’t higher
