Quick question, I am a very satisfied customer and your Test Cyp 250 is great. However, not every time, but occasionally I get a welt and some PIP. Key has said numerous times 23 gauge inch and a half needle in the glute mixed 1:1 ratio with sterile MCT oil. Can I go 1 inch 23 gauge needle in the delt mixed with the sterile MCT oil if Im only pinning 125mg every few days and escape the occasional PIP. I'm sure Key's method is tried and true, just wasn't sure if there was any wiggle room in size of needle and delt vs glute.
I pin IM with 30g 1/2''. I use his test e which is hit or miss for people reporting pip and I haven't had any issues. Heat up your syringe before injecting, might help some, I use a hair dryer for 15-30sec.
I like to use a heating pad. Put it in a clean paper towel and fold the heating pad in half. Ebb b em if I’m busy it’s still nice and toasty when I’m ready for it.
Of course you can use it,specially if you have well-developed deltoids
I've been on the cyp 250 fof 2 years and never had this issue. I do use insulin needles and pin daily now but prior to that I used 25g inch and half no issues
Appreciate your reply. If you use an insulin rig, are you doing it sub Q? I would actually prefer to do it that way, but I wasn’t sure that was an effective method.
FYI my trt doc wanted me to try subq and I did and that crashed my test from 1500 to 550. Same dose per week and bloods were a month apart. It might be different for you but thats what it did to me. it seems to be all the rave but not for this guy.
Seems to be very individualized bc I’ve heard some in TRT groups anyway say they had to lower dose with daily subq injections. Many others like yourself too. I didn’t like the lumps it made so I never stick with it. My body prefers grape seed oil like I was getting from compound pharmacy years ago but it is what it is. To hard to get legit test that way. MCT works fine.
Same here but I use a 28g insulin 1/2” with daily inj and no issues. I just didn’t want to daily with a 25g
No, still intramuscular I just use a 5/16 needle and go into delt or thigh
It could also be the speed you’re injecting with, what I’ve recently come to do. mix the test with another compound, take a hair dryer and heat it up a little for 15 seconds and then inject it with a controlled speed. This method seems to give me no pip. Obviously everyone’s body is different, but maybe try warming the oil.
I use a 25g or 27g .5 inch into the delt with no issue. How much volume are you pinning? I've done up to 1cc, if I have more then that then I move to the glutes
