Where did you see it was going to take 5 to 8 days to confirm the order? usually if you send enough Bitcoin to confirms it. Sometimes they change the price of Bitcoin at the last second and you end up having to send a little bit more which kind of sucks

Update 5/19/26 - They just reshipped the package with everything I ordered and made it right. Sent out 3 days ago, arrived today. Everything is here. For that, I commend them.

I ordered intenational the second time. The first time was domestic, and thats when they gave me the refund credits for half my order because they listed items as in stock when they werent actually in stock.
I waited over a month for the international order to not show up and raised so much hell over it that they reshipped the package and I had no idea they were going to.
Grade A customer service. They would’ve just deflect and send their people to bash you on the forums.
I’ve been using these guys for years. Some little issues here and there but they always made it right. I’m waiting on 2 int orders at the moment so just being patient right now
I've used them in the past but I've heard a lot of mixed messages as of lately kind of made me apprehensive to order from them whether it be domestic or International I've also heard things about the server being down as well. Sing ing and I haven't really checked the website but the other comments in regards being hard to communicate with ... kind of makes you apprehensive to place the order

Will steal your money. Go look at any other forums page on the internet, you’ll see there’s multiple people that have been scammed out of money by these people for YEARS.

Order was cancelled haven’t received email back yet wondering why and also my payment went through so I’m confused why
going on 60 days and no product. Got some bogus tracking number that didn't work for 40 days then I got a usps number that was active 5 days and then went off line. Not sure what the deal is but its frustrating to say the least and now the website is offline!
Update they gave me another tracking number and said it is going to the partner facility and that seems to be DHL

Just received international tracking however it seems to be some sort of Chinese tracking number that hasn’t been scanned or made active yet. Very hopeful but wary I have used their products for a long time. Fingers crossed I will be leaving a good review soon.

I have a package that's been stuck for over 30 days without tracking, in the situation you described. This warehouse is issuing fake tracking codes. I'm trying to resolve this with my supplier, but it's very frustrating.
Just wanted to add that this morning my tracking became active on both of my packages. Not in the USA yet, but they do not seem to be fake tracking numbers. I am hoping is is handed off to USPS and not to have to deal with DHL.
I’m honestly just confused at this point. The website where you verify pharmaqo products references this store as the official pharmaqo retailer. Yet on other forums people are calling this guy a selective scammer. He seems to be helpful to people on this forum though so im going to give it a chance before I call it that. I guess even after 3 years I’m still kinda new to all this stuff. This is my first time using a source other than naps. Perhaps your product will show up anyways? I have had a dragon order not give me tracking before and it showed up anyways still took about 30 days. I was only worried because this is my first time using a different source and I made a rather large order. Spent lots of money.

Did you receive a USPS tracking number when it entered the country? I am also wondering how long it was before your tracking number showed activity. I appreciate it! I have been using their products going on 3 years now. Seemed too good to be true that they had the masteron I needed lol seems to be going out of stock quickly everywhere else.

Maybe some of your other guys were having issues.. because of Chinese New Year? That is plausible I think
