How long have you been running the 100mg daily so far?
I’d definitely just keep a close eye on hematocrit/RBC as the cycle progresses so things don’t start pushing back hard later into the second half of the blast.
But overall that BP honestly looks pretty decent to me brother
What are the down sides to taking beta blockers or blood pressure meds in terms of body building ?
Bro…depending on the medication, almost zero downside by my experience.
Some older beta blockers can make people sluggish, lower exercise tolerance, kill cardio performance and even libido.
But from studies I’ve read, anecdotal reports, bloodwork and personal experience, Telmisartan(ARB) and Nebivolol(Beta-Blocker) are fantastic(zero downside imho) and very bodybuilding friendly IMO.
Different mechanisms, work great synergistically for PED users:
better BP control, less water retention, kidney/cardiovascular support, mild metabolic/fat oxidation benefits and usually without making you feel like a zombie in the gym …(that’s what happens when you pick the wrong beta blocker )
Never noticed negative impact on libido or drive training either.
Actually Nebivolol is pretty unique among beta blockers because it stimulates nitric oxide release and improves vasodilation/endothelial function, so instead of hurting erections/libido like older beta blockers sometimes do, it tends to improve blood flow and sexual function overall

Nebivolol is also a highly specific antagonist of the Beta 1 adrenergic receptor, so it doesn’t interfere with the Clenbuterol’s impact on the Beta 2 receptor. Therefore , not potentially reducing the efficacy of Clenbuterol. So you can run nebivolol with clen and still reap the metabolism/fat burning benefits. Other beta blockers will do Beta 1 and Beta 2, so you’d be trying to up regulate it with clen while simultaneously down regulating it with the beta blocker

That’s exactly why 5mg Nebivolol stays in my stack year round.
Mine too. Nebivolol, telmisartan, ezetimibe, and pitavastatin. Costs way less than the kitchen sink of herbal supplements I used to take and is 10x more effective. Now it’s just those 4, multivitamin, and fish oil. Then add in inj glutathione if running orals.
