Hey guys, can someone please help. I used osgear For the first time last week due to positive reviews. I bought some sustenon and an ai. I was told the next day that it wasn’t in stock and they gave me a store credit refund. I had to spend roughly an extra hundred dollars to get the same products from another warehouse which is fine. The problem that I’m running into is osgear provided a tracking and said that they already gave the package to USPS. USPS is telling me that the shipping label was created, but the package was never given to them. I reached out via the OS gear website and they told me that the package has been handed over and the shipping details should update soon. Well now it’s been five days and USPS is still claiming they don’t have the package. I’ve seen multiple people on here, complaining about the same thing and I’m starting to get worried. I got everything from a US warehouse and I live in the US by the way.
I did receive a new tracking number from OSgear and usps does in fact have the package. They were right usps had the package the whole time but didn’t update. Sorry about that OSgear. Thank you

Unfortunately the DDOS attack is still ongoing, so we had to ban certain countries to face it. If you can't access the website, please use a VPN with a different country. This is a very well coordinated attack so we have to adjust the site settings accordingly in order to block it.
There is no need to worry, the orders are just fine and the operations run with no prooblems.
