The safest daily dose is 5 mg; taking more than that occasionally won’t harm you, but continuous use will. It may not seem like a big difference to go from 5 to 8.5 mg daily, but in the long run it will be harmful, not to mention short-term side effects like headaches or lower back pain… of course, in everything I’m saying, I’m not taking into account off-label use of the medications…

Cutting a 20mg capsule in half doesn't mean you'll get 10 mg in each half
If its good manufacturer than yea its going to be pretty damn close, many have split lines as well really not a big deal if your source does their shit properly.

According to the labs they are tablets, not capsules. You can quarter the tablets. cut them in half, which would give you 2 10mg tablets, then cut both 10mg in half again which would give you 4 5mg tablets.
Right, they're tablets, my bad. Even if his pills have a split line, the manufacturer still can't guarantee that cutting them in half again would result in 5 mg, there's a risk that one half might have 1 mg and the other 4 mg, or one half 3 mg and the other 2 mg. That's why it would be better to use one that's actually 5 mg.
