+ 7 9 month progress Now I’m gonna run a cycle

Update- so clearly I’m jumping the gun I appreciate all the feedback I’m going to dial this back run 50mg test eod 3ius hgh daily and Reta weekly

I don’t have many photos because I wasn’t very excited about the body I had but I’ve done a lot to get myself back in shape. I’ve also been battling a lot of health issues but I just got my bloods, mri, and ultrasound back from the doc and everything is perfect. So now that I know my health issues good it’s time to run a cycle. Still up in the air wether I stay on a trt dose at the end of the 12 weeks but regardless I have all the pct goodies available.

I got to my goal weight of under 200 I was in the worst shape of my life 9 months ago and now that I’m feeling good I want to run a lean bulk cycle would love to lower my bf a smidge and put on 15lbs of solid muscle

Currently 6’ 198lbs 16%bf

Weeks 1-12
test c 200mg 3x week 600mg total
Mast e 200mg 2x week 400mg total
Hgh 3ius nightly
Reta 4mg( might switch to Tirz if hunger noise gets too much with gh)
Slu-pp-332 10mg daily
Methylene blue 12mg daily
Fish oil 3g daily
Methylated b complex daily
Vitamin d3/k2 5000iu daily
Magnesium L-threonate 144mg nightly

Weeks 8-12
Var 35mg am 35mg pwo

As I said I’m new to hgh and mast so if there are any other support supplements anyone can suggest I’m all ears everything I’ve been taking has my markers all perfect.

As a guy who has trained for a LONG time, unless you are rebuilding something that has once been... just keep it simple. If I were you & you could maintain a consistent state of training, I would run something like this:

Test 400mg/week (16 weeks if on TRT)
HGH 4iu (split am/pm)
Reta (work your way to 4mg or whatever tolerance you have)
B12 Lipo-C

I think B12 is a compound too many don't dose.

If your joints start saying "fuck you" add in 5mg-10mg of dbol before bed while on the higher test dose. It helps tremendously for nutrition partitioning & adds a slight estro boost. Diet will dictate all weight gain so don't listen to people talking about water weight, bloat, etc... IMO its one of the most underused compounds available & is frowned upon because it is a dinosaur. It will not kill you at that dose unless you have issues you aren't telling us about.

Make the stair climber your friend. Count your calories. Don't forget your carbs & protein intake.

My buddy runs dbol like that and he is chiseled like. Greek tod and he he don’t for YEARS he literally just blast and cruises test and Dbol at night so I would definitely like to look into that

My two cents. Eat a very clean diet if not already. Train like an animal in the gym. You dont need gear grow if you are training hard enough at any age. If you cant grow natty you are not ready for gear imo. Real foods, hard lifting sessions, will take you far. If you already checked them boxes after a few years start a small blast. 300 test, reta, 3 units hgh, daily cilias 5mg. Just my 2 cents.

I saw you update your post with compounds, stacks, cycle layouts, PCT plans, all that. Truthfully? You should know twice as much about your food, training, sleep, and consistency as you do about the drugs. Do you have your diet written out? Have you followed it for months consistently? Can you explain your training progression the same way you explain your cycle?

Because that part matters more than anything you pin.

I started my own journey in 2023 after injuries wrecked me physically and mentally. I knew almost nothing about peptides or gear outside the fear-mongering they teach in school. I started with prescribed BPC-157 and 120mg of test cyp weekly. But what changed me wasn’t the drugs.

It was learning discipline.
Learning nutrition.
Learning training.
Learning how to stop negotiating with myself.

The drugs are the small part. Honestly, that’s the childish/fun side of this game. The foundation is the boring shit nobody wants to master.

That’s why I’m saying this now: don’t rush into trying to “grow into” a physique chemically before you’ve built the habits that can hold it naturally.

You already proved you can lose the weight. That’s huge. Most people never even do that. Now build the structure underneath it.

We only get one body. One life. One shot to decide whether we’re building strength or just chasing shortcuts.

Yeah locking into training is really where I need to focus as far as building core strength that’s been my downfall with reinjury to my back. Diet has been locked in all organic no processed foods balanced with lean protein complex carbs and veggies I really try to have diversity with my veggies for a healthy gut I fast 16hrs daily 6 hr eating window and 1800 calories.

But thank you because I definitely need to get my mind back into training I’ve been doing very basic lighter weight higher reps in fear of injury and cardio has been dependent on if my new born wakes up at 3am or 530 when she wakes up early I go for a run but when she wakes up later I’m fucked I need to just set an alarm rather than using her as my alarm clock. And sleep ehh I get it when I can

At the end of the day man, if your health will allow it (blood work and BP etc) allow, then do what ur gonna do. There's plenty PLEEENNNTY of 20-25% guys on trt and they are making good changes to their lives.

Not saying you should let loose on a gram of gear and pray to the Lord that masteron controls your E2, but maybe get on some trt or something and a couple ius of hgh and bump up the reta and keep working on that recomp? If you can build a little musclez, the leaner you get the more it will reveal.

Just keep it within reason man. And once you're truly at 12-15% bf you might be so happy that you won't want to blast... Or you might, but either way you will be in a much better position to make a call.

Thank you, I’ve reconsidered and I’m going to drop the mast and run test 400mg weekly hgh 3ius and I’ll try to bump the Reta last time I got that weird behind the knee sensitivity shit. But I’ll post a pic again I really could care less what anyone thinks I know how I feel and that’s what matters. As far as health everything is g2g my Endo was very happy

I mean if you're getting regular blood work and all stays well then gods speed my man. You're not as big as a house or anything, so don't take that the wrong way. You look a lot better in your after pic for sure.

One thing I will say is that jumping from natty to 400/wk test is a massive jump based on the amount of muscle you're currently carrying. I just don't see you needing that much. Lots of guys get started on 150-200/wk for hrt and 6 months later you don't even recognize them anymore.

Lowest effective dose is a real thing. I can guarantee you that 200/wk will have you feeling good AF and strength moving north in a hurry. Just something to consider

Yeah fuck it I like the sound of that tbh. Even with Reta I stayed at .5 mg and titrated up .5 mg every 2 months so why the fuck wouldn’t I try that with test. Save me a bunch of money too I think I’ll take @-infidel- suggestion and pin eod 50mg would be roughly than150-200 range

100% agree with getting on doctor regulated TRT. (However, those clinics tell people to pin weekly. I would throw that shit to the side and pin EOD.) hit the gym hard (don’t have to go everyday, EOD will work), eat Whole Foods, and sleep… dudes body would transform by Christmas.

Seeing that he hasn’t been to the gym in years, he is gonna make gains that will make all of us jealous, even without gear. I bet he can put on 7-14 lbs of lean muscle in like 2-3 months, drop a shit ton of bf and essentially stay the same weight (which is the definition of recomp… I think)

Sleep is my biggest issue my toddler runs me all day and the newborn breaks my sleep cycle and I wake up end up running around organizing shit and fall back asleep for an hour before she up again so hopefull her sleep cycle gets a little better so I get solid sleep

Brother! That’s the craziest truth ever! I’m pretty traditional you know? The man works, does the yard work, be an handyman and the woman takes care of the kids and the house. But man my 5 kids and wife have taught me otherwise. Every now and then, I’ll tell my wife to go get a massage, get her nails done and eat somewhere she can actually enjoy the food without us having to worry about the kids. She feels mentally refreshed after her day out just doing what she wants to do.

Please let me say my opinion and it’s not directed to you it’s about past experience and personal. No matter what cycle u come up with or use there will come a day where u pay for it the weight and mass always disappear some time in life and unless u down size as u age shit will happen. I haven’t been on the gym for better part of 3 years dealing with health issues dropped weight with diet and walking (all I could do with 7 herniated disc) been in PT that’s the extent of my gym. The past 2 months I was cleared to go back to the gym and I’ve went light because I’m not trying to fuck myself up. Recently increased intensity and looking to feel on cycle again I enjoyed it so I thought I mapped out something fun that would help me to my goals with little water retention clearly my mind overshot that and gonna stick to Reta test gh.
