Ay man, ive worked hard to get to this point and it still barely paid off. Legitimately i started attempting to diet right after i got out of highschool and got better over the 5 years i was out. Dawg i eat 5 meals a day, 3200g carbs, 150g protein, and around 50g of fat to equal around 3000+ cals a day. Dude im sacrificing my job to be able to eat these meals while i walk around a warehouse for 12hrs a day, 5-7days a week and barely have time make my meals and do chores but i still do. So if thats folding to quickly then im sorry u need a reality check

Correct. Natural ways too if it’s not much. 50mg zinc daily will help and so can grapes extract. That much zinc you should take low dose copper too eod as well. Another thing diet and gym discipline needs to be on point before any of this will even help.
Yep read about zinc and copper, tried copper but i dont think ive had zinc yet, copper never did do much as i was getting it from dark chocolate for added benefits from its myostatin inhibiting properties. But was defo the time i noticed the biggest change in my body, lots of fat loss around the abdomen and more muscle definition+size in arms but thats about it

So Quiet in here....What's everyone running for the summer? I'm doing the rare summer Bulk....Titrating up to 500mg Test for 8 weeks and then 12 weeks at 500mg. Mix of PA oil and Pharma grade. Have some anavar to finish for a few weeks if bloods look good.
3to5 test, primo, mas, eq not sure what one or two. Dbol start, break in between, then finsh up with anavar
