+ 2 Cut On Cycle | Test E / Primo / Tren A / HGH + a bunch of other stuff

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Alright so I've been lurking here for a while and finally decided to post because I could use some people who actually know what they're talking about to tell me if I'm an idiot or not.
Started my first cycle back in October so still relatively new to all this. I've used most of these compounds before so I know how my body responds to them, but this is my first time actually running a proper cut on cycle. Bit of a different beast and I want to make sure I'm approaching it right.
Stats:

Age: 30
Weight: 198 lbs
Height: 5'10"
BF: ~23%
Experience: Not totally clueless but definitely not experienced either

Goals:
Look less like I enjoy pizza and more like I lift weights. Jokes aside drop the fat, keep the muscle, come out the other side looking like the effort was worth it.
I know what you're thinking "bro why is someone relatively new running Tren" just hear me out before you roast me in the comments.
Why I picked everything:
Test E : Had a bad experience with Prop early on. The PIP was genuinely awful, like my body heard "propionate ester" and said absolutely not. Switched to Enanthate, tolerate it great, stable levels, smooth pinning. Easy decision to keep it as the base. Maybe the brand was bad or a bad batch. Besides don't feel like pining everyday.
Primobolan : Have run this before and it's been one of the smoothest compounds I've tried. Dry, lean, no bloat. Felt like the obvious choice for a cut. No drama with it at all.
Tren Acetate : Okay here's where I defend myself. I've touched Tren A before at very low doses just to test tolerance and learned quickly where my ceiling is. Around 50mg the sides start showing up, night sweats, mood stuff, the usual. So I'm keeping it conservative and only brushing the higher dose for a short window toward the end. Not trying to become a different person, just leaner.
HGH : Genuinely love this stuff. Biggest thing for me is sleep. Tren and sleep don't exactly get along and HGH fixes that almost completely for me. Recovery and body composition on top of that is just a bonus. Worth it for the sleep alone honestly.
Mots-C & SLUPP-32 : My fat burner alternatives. Tried Clen and Yohimbine like a normal person and both sent my blood pressure into another dimension — and that's WITH cardiovascular meds already on board. So I said forget it and switched to these. Already tested them, work well for me, no BP chaos. Sometimes the newer stuff actually makes sense.
Ancillaries because I'm not trying to die:
Telmisartan 40mg BP management. I know I'm sensitive and Tren doesn't help. Also has some interesting research around metabolic health and insulin sensitivity which feels like a nice bonus when cutting.
Nebivolol 5mg Beta blocker but the good kind. Specifically chose this one because unlike most beta blockers it's vasodilatory actually helps circulation rather than restricting it. Much more athlete friendly.
Cialis 10mg Yes yes I know the jokes. But genuinely mostly for cardiovascular health keeps the vasculature happy and there's decent research on it offsetting some of the cardiac remodelling that comes with androgens. The other benefits are just a bonus and I won't elaborate further.
Supplement Stack yes I went overboard, no I don't regret it:
Morning:

Taurine 1000mg heart and cramp support
Alpha-GPC 600mg focus, Tren brain is real
Astragalus 1100mg adaptogenic, immune support
Vitamin D 5000 IU + K2 120mcg general health, directs calcium where it belongs
TUDCA 250mg liver love
Citrus Bergamot 1200mg lipid support because gear is not kind to cholesterol
Garlic 1000mg BP and cardiovascular support, also apparently keeps vampires away
SimplyOne Multivitamin covering my bases during the deficit
Ubiquinol 100mg heart and mitochondrial health
Fish Oil 2000mg inflammation and lipids
NAC 600mg liver and antioxidant support

Evening / Before Bed:

Taurine 1000mg
TUDCA 250mg
Magnesium Bisglycinate 400mg sleep and recovery, takes the edge off Tren nights
Ubiquinol 100mg
Fish Oil 2000mg
NAC 600mg
Vitamin C 500mg optional timed away from training

I'm aware this supplement list looks like I raided a GNC. I have my reasons for all of it.
Questions because I genuinely want to learn:

First time cutting on cycle, am I approaching this sensibly or overcomplicating it?
Any advice on managing Tren sides beyond what I'm already doing?
Thoughts on the ancillary and supplement protocol?
Does the progressive dosing make sense or would you run it flat?

Appreciate any genuine input -- Roast me constructively please

Tbh, me personally I would save the Tren for the last 4 weeks of your cut. Also I'm unsure if 500mcg of SLU is gonna do anything. I personally run it at 20mg a day, i also combine it with Methelyn Blue, Mots-C works also, but i see you already use it. I know people who run SLU upwards of 100mg a day.

Nobody knows the true (dosage) for slu. Because of rat studies, that’s the only information that we have based on dosages so we have to do multiplication of the dosages that They were giving to the rodent in order to try to get a more accurate dosage for humans, but there is no clinical data for this so I definitely would not recommend running those high dosages. Slu works on a cascade of other mechanisms. I personally run slu 1mg first thing in am with my vitamins and fasted cardio. 1mg afternoon workout. 1mg before bed(my sleep is already fucked due to sleep apnea). But if you combine slu with motsc, nad+, 5 amino with Hgh you will definitely see results. Remember. Less is always more. Everyone responds different. Safety and longevity is priority. I started my journey 310+ lbs October 1st 2025. As of this morning I am 228.6. I plan to compete in my first show in September which is less than a year from my start date. I personally also low dose tren ace (10mg nightly) not necessarily for huge growth or strength but nutrient partioning. I got bloods done monthly because of myself being obese at beginning I wanted to always track my health markers. You got this and if I can help any other way i would be glad to. Best of luck! Ps. Doing cardio while using talk to text hopefully this makes sense lmao.

Damn your talk to text translation is clean as fuck. If you never mentioned it I would of never known it. Hey bro congratulations on the massive transformation! I know exactly how it feels, I also have a similar background. At my heaviest i was 320lbs, it took me over a year to fully recomp, just hard training and disciplined nutrition.

Dam I don't think I could afford 20 mg per day. In Europe I haven't seen pills higher than 1 mg per pill. I haven't done any research on the matter though.

At 23% bf, what’s been your history (blood work) in aromatizing estrogen? The reason I ask, do you know if the 1:1 test/primo ratio works for your body? Make sure you get labs and you can add test (or even primo) to keep those E2 levels in check.

Secondly, have you thought about dripping the tren and instead adding Var? I think var is an amazing versatile compound and would work well in your cut. Just an idea.

My estradiol is around 42 to 52 on 175 mg of test no AI. In the past I would run 500 mg of test with 600 mg of masteron, because I had more body bodyfat and I would aromatise more. But now that I'm 23 % I aromatise very little. I'll get blood after 4 weeks.

Good idea on the Var. The side effects profile is much lower!

Warning: Reta COOKED my FKN gallbladder. I know it’s not everybody but it did mine. Relatively low doses. Never went about 2mg

Reta has been amazing for me, except this one side that is finely getting a light shined on it. Things that used to bring me enjoyment and excited…. Don’t. I used to love gaming, now I can’t even sit for a game without just feeling blah. If I win on a scratch off I would fucking jump for joy. Now I’m just like cool…. Not a great feeling tbh and once my stash runs out I’ll probably be switching to Trizep.

I have the same exact side, and it does suck. Yet it doesn't reduce my enjoyment for lifting and health / fitness. I also love watching educational videos and even reading. I like these things more now on Reta then i did when i was off it. I do miss gaming though, I love it. Like you said though its just blah now, its so weird.

That’s weird bro because that’s all I’m interested in as well. I’ll spend hours upon hours reading articles. Logs. Bio assays. Watching YouTube videos. Etc. I’m a trophy dad so I stay at home and paying for a coach isn’t in the cards for me. So everything I had to self learn and implement.

Khandum's picture

Fuck having a coach, if you have the capacity to learn it yourself then so be it. You save money now, and in the future can possibly make money from all the time and effort you put into learning it yourself. For me it doesn’t even feel like work or studying, cause I’m naturally interesting in this kind of shit anyway.

Facts brother. Plus I log everything. Today I messaged my family(we aren’t close) but my mom and twin brothers. I told them get ready for September I’m gonna compete in a bodybuilding show. They read and didn’t reply. My mom just gave me a thumbs up. Like they believe that’ll never happen. You were a fat fuck not even 8 months ago no way you can do it. That shit today hit and I’m just so motivated to prove them wrong. When they see my fucking glow up and my physique in 2 more months it’ll change there mind.

No one wants to support you at the start of your journey. But once they see your success, they all want to be your friend/support you.

Btw congrats on the show, I might one day compete, but I’m not ready for that one yet.

Tbh I might not be. One bad thing about being obese then loosing all that weight is the skin excess. I’m starting to notice it a bit around my lower belly and I do have gyno from when I was a child but am currently and have been running a protocol to hopefully reduce it drastically. Getting surgery isn’t in the books for me. Unless maybe I get to almost stage ready and can get a sponsor to pay for it before the show. Either way it’s not to win if I do great. But it’s to show now I’m comfortable taking my shirt off around others. I feel proud in my own skin. I no longer wish to be someone else. Or look like this guy. Or that guy. I’m not fucking depressed to the point I never leave the house except twice a month for food. I’m not wearing the same xxxl black hoodie and size 42 buckle jeans every time I do go out. I kept those as a reminder. I even plan to get them framed and put a quote like, I’ll never forget, but I’ll never go back. To remind me where I came from.

Curious, are you still on Reta? What happened

In a promo × 1
Jumbo_Jet247's picture

No, hell no I threw 3 vials out! Severe Gallbladder pain. They did a CT scan no sign of stones, or inflammation necessarily. But severe pain, doctor wanted to inject nuclear dye and do a gamma scan to test function. I am not a fan of that much radiation exposure. I cut fat down to <60g and quit Reta. Pain was off and on for about 2 weeks. Very severe at times. It eventually subsided and hasn’t returned but I’ll never even try a GLP 1 again. That’s enough to scare me off.

It can cause pancreatitis. Very rare but does happen.

No I'm taking a break until I really need it. It's been about 2 months since I stopped, I get better pumps. I was thinking of switching to tirzepitide since it's a more potent appetite suppressant. However people on here are saying that I need to keep carbs higher to avoid flattening out.

Makes sense, I agree with you. I felt flat on it also.

Curious on your experience with the low dose Tren A- what benefits did you notice at 35-50mg/week?

In a promo × 2
Storm Ayden's picture

I got increases in my lifts, even though I was in a deficit. I ran it for about 2 months. I start at 25 mg just to see. I was terrified I would turn psycho. Then I increased it to 100 mg per week, and then one side was too much. I couldn't sleep at all it was awful. But I might've run it for to long. I just remember at 50 mg I got no sides for about 4 weeks.

Drop the tren otherwise it’s fine. Start the HGH well before the cycle, so you can titrate up to your desired dose, then run whatever highest dose you want the entire cut. HGH is a slow burn. Honestly should be run all year not just in 12 weeks increments.

Storm Ayden's picture

You're not the first one to tell me to drop the tren. I oughta listen. I'll drop the tren. I just though maybe I could get away with a low dose. Yeah HGH is a year round PED, but dam is it expensive.

Not really. Generics that test as well as pharma grade can be had really cheap. $750 can get you 1600IU from a domestic source here on eroids. That’s almost an entire year at your top dose of 5IU

I gotta stock up one of these days. It's just primo budget is high.

I second this.

You could also look into retatrutide once your deficit becomes difficult.

Reta effects on glucagon really flattens me out. Maybe tirzepatide would be better ?

I found when I felt flat and fatigued on reta, eating more carbs made me feel a LOT better. 1 high carb day a week set me right for most the week.

1 high carb day per week sound like good idea ! I'll try that out, I still have a vial of reta somewhere
