I have seen, an instance where a specified amount was donated, the exchange rate changed in seconds and it was less than agreed donation, by very little but still less.

Probably because the answer to your question is obvious. The source has been around for a long time, they have been selling Primo a long time and I think their total orders are like over 75k, if they are using sequential order numbers. So obviously someone has run it, and I’m assuming you are looking for some sort of answer to a question you didn’t ask for some reason so, I’ll just answer your question as you asked it.
