Just got same promo. From all the articles I read, l-carnitine needs a carb source to be fully utilized but I heard using ECAA can combat that. Do gonna run 500mg pre fasted cardio. I got the pen as well. Never used a pen and im slightly retarded lol. Can you walk me through prepping it
I think theres two types one that comes w powder but this one is already constituted, just in case what I did is fully twist the dosage to the highest setting, then put it back on 10-20 for the starting dose - i barely feel hungry on 20 myself. Put inside, then push the button, hold it down for a couple seconds and ur done

The 20 setting would give you an injection of 2mg.

No I never got a pin. Hmm that might be why. Do I have to buy those ?

Search that on amazon, u can also get different G or mm but that works for me.
Then twist and attach it on bottom and set the pen towards 10-20 it says its the recommended starting dose on there.
It wont work if u dont put the needle in ------
