I bought a grip of Pharmaqo Anavar from RB. It was garbage.
Hey everyone,
I was about to make a post asking about a shipping issue I’m dealing with, but I noticed a few other recent posts describing very similar situations.
In my case, my order from RB was shipped to the wrong address. I reached out right away, but communication has been slower than I expected.
After seeing others mention wrong addresses and delayed replies, I figured it made more sense to ask the community instead of assuming it was an isolated issue.
RB seems to have a solid reputation, so not trying to bash them. Just wondering if anyone has gotten this same issue resolved? My order was placed on 12/1/25
I'd just keep communicating and bringing the facts. This is a good source but one time my pack got lost and I had to complain for a reship and didn't get it to land for like 70 days. Just stay the course. The squeaky wheel gets the grease homie.
Seems to be broad issue. No touch down yet, but I've been advised by support staff that Mr. RB is looking into it personally. They seem serious as the last message I got from support used unbroken native English. I do think its a failure on the part of the distributors. They likely had to wait for all packages from 12/1 to 12/31 to reach their destination to assess how many customers were affected.

Support staff have been kinda rude, but im not gonna take it personally. They're probably stressed. Glad to hear they're looking into it. Im sure they'll take care of it.
Yeah. Seems like others are in the same boat. Worst buying experience on here in probably 20 buys. I doubt it’s the heat on warehouses, they just don’t have the right people taking care of things. Expect long delays unless you’re a VIP, I guess. I’m admittedly a bit sour as I’m out and thought in 3 weeks domestic ship, I’d be able to take a shot before a 10-day European vacation but it’s not going to happen.
Anyone else have an order get shipped to the wrong state? Notified support 2 weeks ago and no answers or updates. Order was over a month ago.
probably not the best time to have made an order but mine is on the way after 31/2 weeks waiting so lets see if I get it. I ordered from Gomeisa Labs which RB carries now and they had the tracking number to me day 2 and in hand day 5 I couldnt believe it .Some times its better to go with the smaller guy.
I place an order on dec 26th and jan 1
Both labels made but carrier has yet to receive the pack
I also spoke with support about a week ago and they told me sometime it can take longer and its on the warehouse.

I wouldn't order from here for now, best case is long delays for delivery. Worst case...well...
International TN can take 2ish weeks to go active even if already generated, I wouldn't be sweating it yet bro.
They followed up on my ticket after posting here and assured a reship request was sent. they've always made it right (so far). still it's pretty inconvenient.
I’ve been ordering from these guys for years and only had one issue (which they fixed pretty fast). I put my order like Dec 1-2 as well. They’re taking their sweet time on this one. Not super happy that support just stopped responding.
not my first issue, they tend to move a little quicker after it reaches the forum. they may PM you for your order number in the next day or two
Youre right i am going to be patient. They have been around for over 10 yrs. Its supposed to be a domestic order but im guessing normal stock issues going on. I ordered some now difficult to stock items
Same. They said they would take care of it but then stopped responding about a week ago. Not a good sign.
My order arrived on December 15th, the shipping was very fast, it took about a week and a half.

All I know is I am happy to see that my international brands are available. I don’t care how long they take to get here 60 days is fine for me, my last experience having to use another company and I’m gonna put them out there because I’m writing a review USrroids or whatever the hell it is it’s right here on Eroids Is some of the most unprofessional and rudest customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. What kind of company haunt people ever ask you questions literally on my telegram and these jerks they taught me back with little hearts and thumbs up for asking them questions and replies. You can tell this is amateur hour. So glad to have the professionals back in order won’t be ordering for a couple weeks, but I am looking forward to you guys. Thank you so so much.

Have we seen any dispatch delays from pharmaqo.us? I'm sitting at 14 business days and no tracking on a US domestic order. Support only gives the copy and paste from the shipping FAQ.

Unfortunately there had been a delay in dispatch the packages from the warehouse, which we were informed about later. The tracking numbers for all pending orders have arrived, and we have shared them with our customers.

I’m going through the same thing. I’m at 10 days from pharmaqo no tracking number this my first time ordering as well. I chose domestic thinking it would be here quickly
Coalcracker88Fast shipping you want I swear by these two brands hemi pharma and intex both from across the pond in UK Everytime I ordered either of those brands got in 6 to 7vdays royal mail I swear by it faster then domestic and I got them brands on 3vdiffeent source sites now always real fast
TN came today, 15 days. Usual turnaround is 6-8 days to my door in the lower Midwest. Customer since '23 this is the first time they've missed the deadline so I won't discredit them, love the products
