In other news, been on 87s Anadrol (50 pre workout) for like three fucking days and I already get the most ridiculous fucking pumps. I was attempting to shave my stupid fat head today and my biceps and shoulders hardly allowed me to finish. I literally had to take breaks because of the pump. Worst/best feeling ever. My meathead brain figured 'hey, the skin is just one giant organ,' so I crushed up 5 tabs, mixed them into a 50/50 slurry of DMSO and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and rubbed it into my quads before my leg day.
About 20 minutes in, I started tasting garlic and pennies in the back of my throat (shoutout DMSO). Then the MTren kicked in. I didn't even lift; I just stood in the power rack and 'mechanically out-gressed' the gym music. I got so hot I had to go into the locker room and lay face down on the tile.
Problem is, the olive oil/steroid slurry acted like a conductor. I fell asleep for 20 minutes and woke up literally stuck to the floor. When I peeled myself off, I left a perfect, anabolic 'Sroud of Turin' silhouette of my torso on the gym floor. The manager asked if I was okay and I told him I was 're-mineralizing via osmosis.' I’m currently at home drinking straight lemon juice to 'alkalize' my liver. We still gonna make it?

If you have heartburn buy some really good quality apple cider vinegar and pour a little bit into a glass of water then mix it up and drink it every morning.
Doing this works well but you need to stick with it because it doesn't work right away it takes a few days.

If orals are giving you sever heartburn the solution is simple, dump the orals.
Its not a problem as there is no oral compound's effects that cannot be replicated by a similar injectable product. Usually accomplished more effectively & less toxic as well.
Please just stay hydrated & cool. Electrolyte drinks wouldnt hurt either. And for goodness sake , no more homemade nuclear creams please.
