2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.
3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

… Two day T/A ! First time ordering from this source , the source I’ve used over the years for my contest prep is still active but has run out of alot of stuff . So decided to see what bio was about . I’m currently running my other sources 500 mg of test cyp and 400 mg of NPP with 50 mg of tbol . I’ll be out of that in about 3 weeks and will transition over to Bio . I also will be sending samples to jano of all 3 materials.

I have been ordering from these guys for 5 years. Never really had a bad experience until my most recent order. Same as the other guys recently. I went on their website, logged into my account, placed an order only to see the order disappear. Contacted biopharma they told me to send them more and they'd discount the order that I probably clicked on a phishing link. Never left their site, have anti phishing tools for my browser.

I placed an order today 1:30 Mountain standard . It’s my first order from them . Received an email at 1:31 my order was received, then got a follow up email at 2:01 with tracking .

The quality of the gear you get from here is absolutely amazing.. that’s why I will continue to order. I do not believe bio is selectively scamming anyone, that would be them losing customers. The little 400 I lost doesn’t compare to the amount I plan on and have already spent here.

If you read a few down comments from yours we have all been having some issues with the site. We see that we are on the right site, order , pay and all of a sudden the order number disappears from your account and you get a email from a scam site, there is 3or 4 of us that this happened to in the last week or so.
Happened to me, I chalked up the lose and moved on to a different SRC, thought I made a mistake but I never left the site even logged in, didn’t know how to put into words, guess I wasn’t the only one.
