2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.
3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

I was chatting with them yesterday via the email [email protected]. I didn’t get my product or money back.. they offered me a discount if I ordered again. I did and it was delivered today. Granted I paid for it again.
Got the same BS email they have an internal issue or selective scamming i checked my history and 0 visits to the other site I even did them a spill last time they made a mistake by sending out a pack to their correct customer not happy at all
So. I have ordered many times from bio, even back when it was .bz now .la
I have never had an issue till the last few orders, I am all of a sudden getting emails from biopharm.la and biopharma.biz (idk how they got my email address) kind of makes you think? Right?
I always make sure I am on biopharma.la the site that is linked here on. But after sending the bitcoin with the provided link. I can’t find an order number under my account… and have received no email from biopharma.la … I am just curious is anyone else is having the same issues. I literally put another order in on the 17th of march no issues same site.. come the 4th of April now there is an issue. Support tells me they have nothing…. Anyone else having a problem?

I had the same issue, but if I get beat I just move on, site is definitely not reliable. Plenty of other options on here.

i Just had the same thing happen to me yesterday too. i emailed both emails they provide. havent heard anything back. i ordered stuff for buddy and took pictures so i have everything. my order was good until i paid and now its missing off my profile. I made sure i was on the right site and everything 5 times before i did it too.
Yea same here I have no history of the other site but the confirmation email came from it
So obviously something needs to be looked into by Bio.
Something seems to be going on. I placed an order at the correct website; however, I never got confirmation of receipt. I reached out to the help team and gave them my order #. They came back and said I ordered from biopharm.la (no 'a' after 'pharm'), but the problem is I never gave them any screenshots or info to show which site I ordered from. Even more, when I go to the correct link, it still shows my order in my cart. Out of curiosity, I checked the link to the website they claimed I ordered from, and it's an entirely different layout that I have never seen.
I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm still trying to work with their support team. I have purchased from them several times in the past and never had an issue, im hoping they are able to resolve this.
Hopefully biopharma looks into everything.
Yea they just emailed me back saying i have to clear my cache and theyll give me discount. I sent pics of everything. I got order confirmation from the biopharm.la but have pictures that i was on the right url and everything. I dont even care about my shit. My annoying ass neighbor had me order him stuff and now i gotta deal with his annoying ass. My old order was in there and i got pictures of both orders with new one pending payment. Then once i sent payment it was gone

Ordered from the same site over the weekend. Emails quick showing order being processed and then shipping details.
I too have ordered from this site and had zero issues in the past. Best source I have ever used. Like I said this was not to keep people from using this site. I 100% recommend this site.
Bio and I have already came up with a solution and I have already ordered again and got my tracking number. They helped me bio is still my go to source.
This is not an attempt to get my product that I paid for. There are risks involved I accept that. This is an effort to help us all insure we are using the right site and there is no breach in security. This is not to bash bio.
I had the same issue. I ordered from the correct site and my order was even processing on their site and then it disappeared and I got an email confirmation from biopharm.la. I emailed their support and asked them how this was possible and they told me I used the wrong site. Luckily I had screen shots of the bitcoin address I used with the correct website on the bottom. It still took me like 3 days and at least 20 emails to convince them to send me my order. They made it right and everything I received has been legit so far but I won’t order again. They are either selectively scamming people with the fake websites or they have major security issues.
They are denying any issues
Even after they finally agreed to send my order they still never admitted it was their issue. I had a screenshot of the bitcoin address I used with their website on it and they told me I must of clicked on the fake website at some point. They said they would have their IT guy look into it but that I should stay off the fake websites. My order was literally processing on their website and then it disappeared. I will say they did respond right away to every email I sent and what they sent me is definitely legit but I won’t order again.
We checked our merchant account, and we have no record of your payment... when we checked the bitcoin address its not out address, we sent out but the payment was sent back to the same address on the 4th see below. also we have no order under the name *******
This is what they told me……. Somehow it’s not their address but they can see the transaction on it?
No money was returned to my address…. This is the first time this has happened but I know I was on the right site.

This is my hx from April showing check out and payment including site a screen recording of the whole day was sent to the admin of the site. Couldn’t upload here too long.
Only bio site I visited was biopharma.la I checked that to insure. There is no mistake that I was on the right site.. I just can’t prove it. Like I said I am only posting here to make sure when everyone else orders the screen record or screenshot. I am not blaming bio I plan to continue to use bio but I plan to record the purchase.
Yeah they told me the same thing. I had to threaten them with posting the screenshots and telling my story on this site and any other review site they are on. I was emailing back and forth with them for 3 days and then they finally agreed to send my order. So if I didn’t have those screenshots I would have been out $500. I wasn’t gonna say anything because they made it right and everything I received has been good so far, but this is obviously still happening to other people too. If they truly aren’t selectively scamming people then the only other possibility is they have security issues and these fake sites are somehow getting access to our orders and email addresses.
Well unfortunately I did not take screenshots, but if I do order from them again. I will be screen recording the order throughout the process so there is no confusion.
Like I said I put in orders often and this has been the only problem. Idk if it’s a security breach or what but this site seems to be the one with the most scam sites. Even naps or OS doesn’t have this many. Because I am out 400$ at the moment.
And let me be clear… I absolutely love every product I have ever had from this source. The products work. I also plan on continuing to use this source. I am just curious if anyone had experienced this…
