Just got labs back after 3 weeks at my new dose. Results came in exactly where I expected.
Baseline (1/22) — TRT only, 150mg/wk (pharmacy-grade script)
Total T: 1,400
Free T: 550
Current (4/2) — 300mg/wk total (150mg script + 150mg PA PIP cyp) - This is a slow ramp to my blast. longevity baby.
Total T: 2,420
Free T: 885
The additional 150mg of PA cyp brought me up roughly 1,000 points on total and 335 on free.

Does using EQ and MAST P affect total test or free test in your blood work?
EQ crushes E2 Right? Thereby indirectly lowering shbg and potentially affecting test serum concentration? Do I have that right? Wrong? Way off?

Yeah Big Milky, you’re actually thinking in the right direction here, for shu
EQ can mess with labs a bit … depending on the test method, it can cross-react and make your total test look higher than it really is. Not always, but it happens.
About E2… yeah, EQ is known for crushing estrogen in some guys. Not everyone, but when it does, it really does. Lower E2 can shift things like SHBG and overall hormonal balance, so indirectly yeah, it changes the whole environment.
Now about Mast … this is where it gets interesting.
Because mast doesn’t raise total test, but it lowers SHBG, so you end up with more free test on paper. Not more testosterone overall, just more of it unbound and active.
But also keep in mind … Mast is a DHT derivative, so a lot of the “androgenic feel” you get isn’t even from test anymore. It’s its own thing.
So we usually see on bloods:
Total test is mostly your injected test, sometimes skewed higher if EQ interferes
Free test can look higher with Mast due to lower SHBG
SHBG usually goes down with Mast (provi, var and other compounds)
Imho it’s just less about EQ or Mast “raising test” and more about them changing how your body handles and displays it on paper.

He told me his recent bloods have him at only 1k testosterone level at 500mg a week. Now hear me out, is it possible he ordered his blood work with a cap on Testosterone? A lot of labs have caps, and if you don't read exactly what you are ordering for blood work you can get a capped test, and your results turned out all fucked up. Then you start panicking on forums like he has been.
He told me something similar. But also, when adding up his timelines, it would appear that he's only been on the "PA" CYP 250 for about a week. Not nearly long enough to be present in a meaningful way In his bloods.
It would appear that he may be having an issue with the pip-cyp Enanthate 200, if he's having an issue at all.
But I could be wrong, because this has all been very confusing based on the guys behavior and the way he's trickling out info.
At this point I don't believe a word he says. I wouldnt trust anything that he submits to this board. His credibility went down in flames, and to be fair to the community, we were all a lot nicer to him than he deserved. He is up there on freddybtowns level idiot now.

Yeah i agree, it has been a really long drawn out thing, and all the info has been pieced out sparingly, and just all over the place. If it was me I would of just emailed PA, and gotten it taken care of. They even said they would replace the vials and pay for Jano testing. It all could of been over in 1 hour, and yet it has been dragged out for a entire day now.
