Nice pick up man, PHARMAQO's labeling/packaging is so sleek!
I wanna try DHB, but there is so much mixed reviews on it. I hear try to keep dose very low, like 200-300mg a week max, due to possible liver enlargement issues.
300-400 is a very effective dose of legit DHB. Even 200 of some good DHB will give you great results used properly.
