they forgot part of my order though.. I just noticed that they didn't send my two boxes of Cabergoline I ordered. I thought maybe it was in a different order until I just checked but nope, they sent the oils but not the cabergoline which is one thing I needed most lol. I wish they would tell you that before sending your order if they don't have something instead of sending it and not saying anything.
Respectfully, we never "forget" orders or parts of orders. In rare cases, there are unexpected stock shortages at the warehouse, and we send replacements or store credit to choose something else. Most of the times, the missing part is just delayed in customs or transit. Either way, we always make sure you receive what you ordered.

Update on my order 9693505
Again placed 3/5. Was jerked around for 4 weeks saying the payment couldn’t be processed. First told that it was high volume and wait. Then told it was a processing issue. Last Friday was told “account was blocked, and this has affected multiple orders, not just yours. Your funds are not considered lost, and no customer loses money with us.”
Well spoiler, the money is gone. Finally received an update today and told “unable to collect the funds on our end. Please begin the refund process with your bank so the amount can be returned to you.”
Again spoke with my bank for a second time and created a fraud case. Confirmed the money was sent, processed by the fed and received by the BoA account. I even gave the Fed IMED number.
I was offered $150 credit on a $377 dollar order.
Not acceptable.
You know this isn’t ordering paper towels on Amazon right ? Also would recommend using a better method than what you used .
Of course, they could have done this with any payment method. Always a risk. But when someone advertises themselves as being reputable and always delivering and making right and they don’t deliver on that, it’s a problem that needs voices
