I will be the first to say that you’re a legit source and I have never had any complaints. I had an issue once and you made it right very quickly. Much respect. But there are some things that I believe warrant a discussion.

1. Please consider actually having legitimate batch and lot numbers on your products. This goes a long way in solidifying your credibility as a supplier and helps track, manage and resolve any quality issues quickly. If you aren’t going to adhere to this then just take the batch numbers off the vials as it is a false flag to fake legitimacy where there is none.
2. I think the community deserves a response from you on the testosterone issues. We have people reporting underdosed test, Test E that was actually Test U. A vial of oil with no test in it. Etc. I understand there are certain things about your business you can’t disclose, but communicating what caused these issues as well as actions taken to ensure they don’t happen again would go a long way for your reputation. So far I have mostly just seen you deny any problems with your product when there clearly was a problem that occurred.

These are the main things that concern me with this source and what separates an “ok” source from a “great” source.

Yes I was satisfied and I've been using your gear for a minute I'm running your test e that I got last summer other than pip no issues. I wasn't bitching if you took it that way. My issue was it was very rare to see guys have complaints or question the gear. Normally every other post on here is fire gear brother. Best gear in the game bro. So when I start seeing guys question the main source I use. I needed know what the hell is going on.
