I also tested my Ultima HCG with a pregnancy strip, mine had a faint but visible line at 100IU/L dilution. I have no idea what to make of that, but I guess there is HCG In there?

What do you expect? It's Ultima they are purposely making their gear bunk. They should be banned from this site in my opinion.

You've got nothing to lose, so post who you were so I can look into the truth of what you are saying

How did you test it—was it straight from the vial or diluted first? HCG needs to be diluted quite a bit for a pregnancy test to work properly. These tests are designed to detect the hormone at the levels found in urine, not in a concentrated pharmaceutical solution. If you use it straight out of the vial, it can cause a “hook effect,” where the concentration is too high it can overwhelm the antibodies and the test gives a faint line or a false negative. Diluting it with water before testing helps bring it into a detectable range and gives a more reliable result.

By the look of the vials they have been diluted.

Reconstituted and diluted are 2 different things. Reconstituted with 1ml you get a concentration of 5000iu/ml at home pregnancy tests detect levels between 5-25mIU/ml higher concentrations will give a false negative. For the test to be accurate you need to reconstitute 5000iu with 3ml then take 1/10 of a ml and dilute it into 50ml of water and then take 1ml of that solution and dilute it again into another 50ml and you can test that solution.

Yeah but you still have to add the hCG to a bit of water then test
