One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with “John” claims to have reliable shippers and good logistics, but he takes almost 2 weeks to ship you’re order out and then a few days later it won’t even update he will just send you a fraud tracking number to shut you up that claims they made the shipping label but in reality it’s just a way to buy time for his incompetence in logistics. You are rolling the dice ordering from this company. they are happy once they have your money and then they take your time and are very cheap on the shipping side of things and so you as the consumer are punished because they don’t care once they take you’re money. I can see now why they aren’t in the top 10..they clearly do a bunch of wholesale with other companies from this website, but the second you make a smaller consumer order from them you are treated like a second class citizen.. sad I’ll update if things are made right
I haven't order direct from this supplier, I do know international it can take a few weeks for tracker to up date. I got my tracker 32 days ago from a different international source and it only updated yesterday.
I haven't heard of this supplier ripping anybody off, once it's left them it's in the postal system. It's a bastard I know I've been pulling my hair out waiting on my tracker to update for 30 days.. No doubt yours will
Dude if they gave you a tracking number your stupid ass order has been shipped. It is international it takes about two weeks to get to your door. Be PATIENT! I order from them a lot and never had an issue.
