Lost or missing orders
1 If the order is lost or missing because of mistakes made by the customer we will not reship or compensate you in anyway. This includes any mistake made by the customer that causes the order not to be delivered. Make sure the post office will deliver to the address you provided.
2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.
3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

Haven't ran the Bio Pharma test prop yet. I'll start this cycle probably next month. I have to donate some blood and get some baseline labs. I'll try to follow up for sure though.
