I’ve used this source for quit some time now and I’ve never ever had trouble getting ahold of him via dm or support through email. Anyone leaving fake review is doing so maliciously bc they were probably in the wrong and he called them out about it. Or lied to start out with. Will you get a response in minutes or an hour maybe but next day at the very least. It’s when always say place “requests” in the early AM that way you have all day to message if needed. Also emails and DM’s the same way. People will do this in the evening and then complain they never get a response that same day. Well duh. It’s been a long day for them plus they have family or maybe a night job. Who knows. They are human too and should be treated with respect.
I know he is legit i have also been a customer previously. Yes life does happen and I was just trying to use a different avenue to get in touch with him. My first attempt via email was on the afternoon of the 25th. I am not worried about this getting resolved as I know it will and I am not here bashing or leaving reviews for something I messed up in the ordering process.
