Good morning everyone. I need your help and professional expertise. I've been adjusting my TRT. I'm currently using 0.40ml of testosterone enanthate. If I remember correctly, I bought it when it was dosed at 400mg/ml. Considering the 300mg/ml enanthate I bought, I've been using 0.40ml to be safe if it comes with a higher dosage. The issue here is that I had my latest lab tests done. The day I had my blood drawn at 4 AM, I injected myself with 0.20 mg/ml (I inject Monday through Thursday). In the afternoon, I had my blood drawn again, and I have a high estradiol level, but my testosterone is 586. I'm 5'10" tall, weigh 208 lbs, and am 27 years old. I estimate my body fat to be 20-22%. What could I do to control my estradiol, and why isn't my testosterone increasing if the goal is to get into the 1100 range? Thanks, love you all.
The issue is you don't even know how much you are injecting, you don't know if its 300mg/ml or 400mg/ml.
If it's 300mg/ml and you are doing .20 twice a week you are only doing 120mg a week. You are almost 600ng/dl, my levels would be higher on that dose but depending on how you respond that number could be normal for you at that dose. You need to know the concentration of what you are using so you know how much you are injecting weekly so you know how to adjust your dose.
But wtf with the E2 actually i have that number using 750mg of cypio at the week, it's a lot of estradiol for a TRT no?
Mine gets that high on trt as well, I pin 3 times a week to try to reduce how much I aromatase but it will still climb up into the mid 60' even on 150mg a week and total test around 1000ng/dl. I can tell you what is normal for me but everyone's body reacts differently to exogenous testosterone. 150mg a week puts me around 1000ng/dl that dose might put someone else at 1200ng/dl and others might barely get 800ng/dl. Genetics and body Body fat % are what is going to determine how much aromatase higher your body fat the higher your e2 is going to get and some people just aromatase at a higher rate than others.
Ran 350 of keys test for 5 weeks at 50mg Ed.
How do these bloods look? Total is underwhelming but I chalked that up to my low shbg of 10 nmol/L. Does that make sense?
You can go back to my blood work I posted but my total test on 300 was north of 2k. Seems low
