Jrihard89I like MWF pins for 99.9% of things. If your script allows the best to recommend for a beginner is every 3 days. .3ml at 250 is 75mg every 3 days and it’ll put you at 175mg. Gotta get blood work and see where 175mg puts you.
Get a calender and mark every 3 days.
Once your test comes in, or if you can get away with it on your script level, i would inject 100mg monday and 100mg thursday. Either way you need an endo, not a female family doctor. Most doctors dont know shit about hormones and end up screwing people up because of the spikes and crashes.
