Nice grab
How many milligrams are you going to run each week?
James2850Havent decided yet probably starting around 2 per week
I was thinking about running the same dose
BardockI wonder why they make 60mg vials considering the max dose in trials was 12mg, maybe you can split them up some how
Refrigerated lasts months after reconstitution. Like 3+ with little degradation. Room temp lasts a couple weeks before it’s toast
Medical “28 day” guideline is a safe precaution, but really these reconstituted peptides last much longer.
Yeah I've seen information stating after reconstitution that the Retatrutide will last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. The medical safety guidelines do state 28 days. Compounded Tirzepatide lasts upwards to 10 weeks, if this is the case then I feel like it should be roughly the same with Retatrutide. I also read, the degradation over time is very minimal though if stored and handled properly, like a few percent of efficacy will drop off over its expired shelf date. Most of the research done on compounded GLP-1 is just anecdotal evidence though.
I do wish there have been more real studies done on all of this though. Right now I am on week 7 of compounded Tirzepatide at 3mg's, and I can say it is just as powerful right now as it was on week 1. I will be swapping to Retatrutide here soon, and am going to start at 2mg's a week. Tirzepatide has been pretty amazing and am excited to try Retatrutide, getting that extra Glucagon receptor is going to be nice.
James2850Yeah considering the size ill split with wife so its isnt kept too long, im not wanting anything older than 28 days
