Plan on testing while on 6ius splits 3 morning and 3 pre bed.

It’s good stuff. I picked up another kit a month or two ago. On the last batch my IGF-1 was nearly 500 on 4ius. I dropped down to 3ius a while back and been meaning to do bloodwork again and see where I’m at.

My only concern with Key’s stuff has always been the delivery window …sometimes it feels more like drop shipping than true domestic. That said, quality-wise I never really heard serious complaints. Back in the day there were some cloudy GH kits floating around, but if I remember right he replaced them for customers, so at least he stood behind it.
If you really want to see what it’s doing, one trick a lot of guys use is pinning 10 IU about 3 hours before bloodwork. That way you can check how much IGF-1 conversion you’re actually getting. It’s not perfect science, but it gives a pretty good real-world idea of potency.
Your 3 IU AM / 3 IU pre-bed split is a solid way to run it too … keeps levels steady and usually works well for recovery and sleep.
Curious to see what numbers you pull once you test it. GH quality most of the times tells the truth in bloods.

Good question, brother. The tricky part with IGF-1 testing is that there isn’t one universal number everyone should hit.
A lot of variables come into play …genetics, age, body fat, liver conversion efficiency, timing of the shot, even carbs around the injection. Two guys can pin the same GH and convert to very different IGF-1 numbers.
For reference though, most adult males naturally sit somewhere around 150–300 ng/mL. When guys pin GH and test a few hours later, it’s pretty common to see numbers jump 500–900+, sometimes even 1000+ depending on dose and timing. The “10 IU … like around 3 hours before bloods” trick is just a way to stress the system and see if the GH actually converts.
Now with IPA + CJC (no DAC) it’s a little different. Those peptides stimulate your own GH pulses rather than giving you exogenous GH, so the IGF-1 rise is usually more modest. You might see a bump above baseline, but it won’t spike the way pharma GH does.
Also worth saying … GH verification is still kind of a gray area. Everyone converts differently, so IGF-1 alone isn’t a perfect test. That’s why a lot of guys also go by the classic “GH tells” over time … things like hand numbness, mild carpal tunnel, deeper sleep, some water retention, fat loss creeping in, etc. Not scientific, but often a decent real-world indicator.
Bloodwork is still the smartest move though, especially if you can compare it to a true baseline when you were totally off.
iCONicYeah I have ran real gh before, for about a year, and I developed very bad carpal tunnel symptoms. Like very bad. To the point I went to an orthopedic surgeon to see about getting the surgery. I work with my hands for a living, so I thought I had real carpal tunnel. Turns out it was just the gh, Kits has 1,000% real gh. Hope I'm allowed to say that here.
One of the reasons I had my igf levels tested is because I was worried about shut down from my time on gh. So I was pleasantly surprised to see my igf levels at 196 in the blood work I just had done. I did not do the shot thing before the bloodwork tho, so those are just my mid morning levels, wish they were higher. But I will probably never run real gh again because of the carpal tunnel symptoms I got from my first run with it. It was so bad man, I was so unhappy.
The 10iu, 3 hours before bloodwork is for the serum GH test. 10 or so years ago fake HGH would come back with a high GH score but IGF-1 wasn't affected. I can't remember what the fake HGH was. Some peptide, I believe. That's why a lot of people here switched to the IGF-1 test. A lot of people still do the GH test though.
Ahh yeah you’re right, good point bringing that up.
Back then a lot of the fake kits were basically GHRP peptides or fragments (some guys suspected things like GHRP-2 / GHRP-6 or even modified sermorelin-type stuff). They could spike serum GH temporarily, so the GH serum test looked good, but IGF-1 never moved, which exposed it pretty quickly.
That’s exactly why most guys nowadays rely more on the IGF-1 test … because real recombinant GH should push IGF-1 up over baseline after a couple weeks of use.
The 10 IU pre-test trick is still useful though, mainly just to confirm the vial actually contains somatropin that spikes serum GH, but like you said it doesn’t fully prove long-term activity. The real proof is IGF-1 elevation after running it for a bit.
Either way, bloodwork always tells the truth in the end.
