First 6 years of training nothing, then did a test cycle, got CRAZY gains from it. It was like 500mgs of sustanon from some dude at the gym. Thought it was bunk until the 3-4 week mark and holy shit. Went from 315 for 1 to 4-5 on bench. I only ran it for about 9 weeks before pct. After that I took a decent break as I had no desire really because I really felt like I kept the base from the first test cycle, even if I didn’t keep all the strength. So it’s complicated to answer. I guess on and off for 6-7 years?
Yeah, bodybuilding at the competition level is heavily genetics … we all know that. But having a great shape, being aesthetic? That’s available to anyone willing to pay the rent.

People have such a wild misconception with gear it’s wild I know people on 3x (literally) the amount of anabolics I’d ever run and they get very little gains and more sides than anything. Training and diet will ALWAYS come first. Train hard, get adequate cals/protein, and make sure you prioritize recovery. Can’t make gains without those.
That’s quite the transformation steroids help but by dam you wouldn’t look like that without hard ass work and it shows. Don’t ever stop just adjust the doses as u age. Also always take time off no pct trt unless your over 40-45 body needs a break from time to time, u look great.
100%. I feel like the issue with most above all else is people train like pussies. Have to put your muscles under pressure to adapt, not some cables and call it a day hahaha

Definitely don’t correlate. A serving of nutricost is 41 grams (for cookies and cream flavor) and a heaping scoop is roughly 35-36 grams. Nutricost isolate was B1G1 free on Amazon end of last year.
99.9% of protein is like that. It’s never adding up. That’s why I write with sharpie on the lid how many grams is 1 serving, 1.5 servings and 2 servings so I can just glance and measure post workout shake with 2 scoops, and sometimes as meal replacement depending on how much I need of protein.
Definitely my fav protein. Cheap, 3rd party tested and I feel like it tastes so good and doesn’t have that chemical taste

I get it. I ran my first cycle like 25 years ago, took 2-3 year break between my next two cycles, and just started back on with TRT a few months ago.
