Baseline IGF-1: 196 (Z score .7)
Final IGF-1: 536 (Z score 3.3)
Strong response. 4iu pushed levels high and caused mild sides. 2iu was plenty with no issues.
Recommendation: test IGF-1 at 4–6 weeks and dose based on labs, not arbitrary IU.

This was my first HGH run and overall it was a very positive experience.
I ran Generostim HGH Dragon batch A2 for about 14 weeks. Started at 2iu nightly for the first month, increased to 4iu for the second month, then went back down to 2iu for the final stretch. All injections were taken at 10pm before bed with no food for 3 hours prior.
The most noticeable effect was sleep. Within two days my sleep became deeper and much more consistent. I woke up feeling genuinely rested. Recovery improved and overall sense of well being was solid. Mood stayed stable, no aggression, libido remained strong with TRT in place.
At 4iu I did experience mild water retention and some carpal tunnel symptoms. Nothing extreme, but enough to know that I did not need that dose. At 2iu I had zero side effects and still felt great. For me, 2iu is clearly the sweet spot.
Weight stayed about the same since calories were around maintenance. Muscles felt a bit fuller, especially during the higher dose phase. Body fat remained about the same. Appetite did not noticeably increase, likely because I was also running retatrutide.
No acne increase. No injection pain. No PIP.
Product used: Generostim HGH Dragon
Batch: A2
Duration: Approximately 14 weeks
Reconstitution was 2.8mL bacteriostatic water per 37iu vial. On a standard 100 unit insulin syringe, 15 units equaled 1iu. I injected 30 units for 2iu and 60 units for 4iu.
Other compounds in play:
TRT at 200mg Test C weekly split Monday morning and Thursday evening.
Retatrutide started at 4mg weekly and increased to 6mg weekly, split Sunday and Wednesday.
Baseline IGF-1 before starting HGH was 196 with a Z score of 0.7.
Final blood draw was Monday at 8am after a Sunday 10pm 2iu injection.
Final IGF-1 came back at 536 with a Z score of 3.3.
Based on bloodwork and how I felt, the product appears legitimate and effective.
I strongly recommend testing IGF-1 around 4 to 6 weeks in. Everyone responds differently. IU numbers alone do not tell the full story. Bloodwork allows you to adjust based on how your body is actually responding. In my case, 2iu was clearly sufficient.
Ordering process was smooth and straightforward.
Shipping took 8 days.

I ordered 8 vials of NPP, the manufacturing date is 2024 and the oil is yellow. This is the second time I've ordered NPP from kits4less. The first time it was manufactured in 2025 and the oil was clear.

How I feel: Overall, I feel absolutely great. My mood is fantastic, and my daily energy levels are way up. As expected with superphysiological doses of Test, I am definitely more horny and have noticed a bit more aggression in the gym, but it feels natural and manageable.

Energy was through the roof once everything kicked in around week 3. Strength increases were noticeable almost weekly. Libido was extremely high, especially during the first half of the cycle. Aggression was elevated but manageable — more of a focused intensity in the gym rather than irritability in daily life. Sleep was decent overall, though Tren caused occasional night sweats.
No real fatigue issues; if anything, recovery was significantly improved. Muscles felt constantly full and hard.

So I now have taken a few things from them
1. Test Cyp 200 (Genero labs)- Works Great, really smooth, good oil, it wasn’t my favorite product from them, but overall a generally good testosterone. My dose was 250mg a week. No sides.
Test Cyp 250 (CLARUS labs)- Freaking Awesome Test, good tell a great deal of difference over the 200 cyp. I also took 250mg a week of it. No sides. Currently am taking this and running higher at 320 a week, but no sides still.
BPC-157 I can not say enough effective this product was for healing my partially torn mcl. I took it for 6 weeks. And I never experienced anymore pain after week 4. (Mind you it was a grade 1 tear). So easy to reconstitute. 100 percent will buy again.
Ordering Process is no more difficult than anywhere else, I wouldn’t call ordering anything like gear online super simple, but it was not hard. Communication from them was A++ they update you when your product is on the way and if you have any questions they will easily get back too you same day or latest next business day.
Shipping took standard for me about 5-6 days from order time. Wish they had a three day option. But also could be my planning that needs to be better there. Packaging discreet but protected, and professional.

First time ordering anything from K4L, and first time running GH at all, so I was super excited to grab three kits of their GH. Pinning is going great, sides are minimal, and overall, I am very happy. K4L seems like a solid source, and one that I will be ordering from a lot moving forward.
I ordered three kits of their Generic Standard-M GH, and one vial of bac water. I am currently 10 days into my GH journey, pinning 2iu daily, and everything is going well. All three vials I have reconned have been clear, no burning at the injection site, and it seems to be working. I am currently in a cut, but have gone from 188.1lbs. to 190.3lbs., while BF % has gone from 16.6% to 15%, so the water retention is real! My skeletal muscle mass has also gone up from 90.2 to 92.6, so this stuff is no joke. I feel like my sleep is steadily improving, but no other side effects like lethargy, carpal tunnel, etc. I have no acne or PIP, I am getting my meals in just fine, and I actually feel a bit fuller in my frame.

First off I’d like to start off saying kits4less has great customer service , replied quickly and shipped extremely fast .
I ordered their hgh 2 weeks ago and have been using it as my last source isn’t taking orders currently, I got the gh on a super good deal , probably the best price out of all of the sources i know of currently.
I’m on a health phase right now , running 4iu daily and can tell its quality , good sleep, and recovery , I’ll be pulling bloods this week to confirm .
Since being on it and it’s only a replacement dose basically I’m not feeling anything crazy , other than feeling rested, and recovered . The following week I will be titrating up and will be getting up to about 10iu and will report back , whether I’m feeling lethargic from upping the dose , if I get any swelling in hands feet wrists or joints , I’ll pull igf labs again for that as well.
I’ve retained weight and fullness from my previous blast, I’ve lost fat and water as well. And appetite is the same , if not gone up a tad .
