Yeah man, I’ve watched a ton of both. Haack is straight precision … crazy strong, clean execution, super impressive to watch.
Larry is more raw savage power and entertainment. At this point he’s more influencer than competitive athlete, but that’s not a knock… dude just moves insane weight for fun and content.

I have always just found Haack remarkable to watch, no drama or carrying on - just looks at the weight, braces and lifts it and makes the whole thing look a piece of piss!! The form is always precise too, its crazy - you wonder where the power gets generated from most of the time. THAT Deadlift is just A1 Fuckin Insane - No matter how many times you watch and study it, its impossible to get your head round it. Walks up to a 400kg Plus bar and bends down and picks it up like 2 shopping bags.
Mate have you ever tried doing Deads like he does them??? Sure stand at the top and get a load of air and descend - BUT then how does he literally grab the bar so precisely, with no brace or fine tuning at the bottom and in 1 fluid quick motion just pick it up??!!! I have tried this so many times and can get nowhere near it, I don't think anyone can.
Yeah Larry is pure size, black guy fast twitch muscle fibre all over the place and power - 130kg's of strength right there. Amazing to think that guys like Haack have surpassed his deadlift, Larry tbf still holds his own on benching.
Bro at one point I made it my mission in life to find out what Larry and Haack ran gear wise - Larry was generally 750mg Test E (plus Deca half the time) and always 6 Anadrol tabs per day. I know he tried around 2g Test once but didn't like it. Haack when he first started was just 300mg Test E per week and then peaking with Anavar 50's. Then I think as time wore on began adding Masteron, and a cocktail of Anadrol and Anavar depending on what weight he was trying to make. I was always convinced that Haack began using the naughty stuff due to the incredible amount of weight he was gaining at one point - pretty much turned into looking like a Bodybuilder lol Crazy thing about Haacks bench is he doesn't have short arms or a massive rib cage reducing ROM and his arch is civilized - it seems to be generated by huge Triceps size and amazing torque and stiffness throughout his body and legs via his set up. You still have to wonder how a guy that is 100kg can fuckin bench 275kg though (pre injury).
