We ship new batches every week, we don't know which package degrades during transport, when this happens we replace it, no problem
from what it sounds like, there was a promo. Leave a review = free stuff with your order, probably trying to get more customers to review the products who haven't.. I Don't know if the intention was to write "Fake Reviews", but.. doing a promo that way will definitely attract fake reviews.

Either way, Mistakes were made, as long as he keeps shipping his stuff and quality continues to check out, I'm gonna keep with this source. Business is competitive, you know? Although, a promo like that can mask the bad reviews or legitimate concerns, but..I've seen nearly every single concern rectified on the review page. The only bad thing I can say about this source was the wait times at one point, but thats from low prices = heavy volumes.

I made a promo for my many customers who "have been using the equipment for years" and have never voted, either out of laziness or because they are not members, the promo was immediately cancelled and we were removed from the ranking, better, that ranking did not reflect who we are, I am no longer interested in being part of it
