Tren doses!

Let's hear some opinions on high vs low tren doses! How much and what's your logic?
I ran 350mg of ace last cycle and loved it. Will be hitting tren again next cycle as well... maybe try 200 test with 400 tren me thinks. My logic being that tren binds to the receptors way stronger than the test, higher test without receptors to bind to ends up getting converted to estrogen.
But hey, what the hell do I know, taking all that tren might just be unnecessary detriment to my health when a higher test and lower tren dose would give just as much gains.

This seems like a good place to throw my 2 cents in. Hopefully someone can give me some insight to what im doing right/wrong too.

My exposure with tren has always been with enanthate. My first go around i was pinning 140mg/week. Wanted to low dose because of the horror stories I heard. Throughout the entirety of that cycle, I think I had night sweats 1, maybe 2 times? That was it. No paranoia, aggression, or anything. Didnt really feel anything special about that cycle. Fast-forward to my currently cycle, week 6 right now, im taking 420mg/week. I still feel the exact same. Checked my labs and everything but cholesterol is fine. No sides other than 1 night of night sweats. Granted I can lift heavier now, I still feel a bit disappointed that I didnt see more muscle accumulation.

The Tren E I had I could tell was working because of the night sweats and the gains and muscle I put on. It affects everyone different but the other thing could be your Tren is weak, depending where you got it. I am suspecting Tren is being faked because of how popular it's become and the prices have almost doubled. I did not get any mental effects from it and no aggression just night sweats all the time and it made my piss turn orange. I only did 300mg a week.

Also being you’ve ran 350, it is possible you will only see side effects and not more gains with a higher dose. It’s also possible you will tolerate it fine and get more gains. Impossible to say

Brother, with Tren the risk always has to justify the reward. Always.

Very low doses usually won’t build much, but they can absolutely polish an already built physique … dryness, hardness, density, aggression in the gym, detail, all that. That’s why you see very advanced guys and pros looking insane on relatively small doses. The foundation is already there.

If the goal is actual tissue gain, Tren needs time + moderate dosing. It’s not healthy, we all know that, but it works … and it works extremely well. That’s just reality.

For someone testing tolerance, I honestly wouldn’t even bother below 150 mg/week. That’s a reasonable entry point.
To really start seeing meaningful results where the risk begins to make sense, 300 mg/week is usually the smart zone. From there, adjust based on response and sides.

Past that, the ceiling is highly individual. Everyone has a sweet spot … that point where lowering the dose kills progress, but increasing it only adds sides with no extra gains. That’s the number worth finding and staying near.

And real talk: the biggest limiter with Tren isn’t even bloodwork … it’s mental tolerance.
Lipids, BP, sleep, markers… yeah, they’ll take a hit regardless. But if your head starts going sideways, nothing else matters. Mood, patience, sleep quality, anxiety … that’s what decides if Tren is usable long term.

I also agree with lower test + higher Tren logic. Keeps estrogen under control, avoids unnecessary aromatization, and usually feels cleaner. Something like 150–200 test with 300–400 tren is a very effective combo for a lot of guys.

For Ace specifically: daily pinning is king. More stable levels = smoother ride, fewer mood swings, less insomnia, less night sweats, fewer sides overall.

And if you’re married or in a relationship… warn your partner lol
Most guys don’t realize how edgy they get, but the people around them definitely do.

So yeah … start conservative, build slowly, respect the compound, well, you already know that…and be brutally honest with how you’re responding. Tren is unreal, but it’s a compound that requires real discipline. It’s crazy addictive … I know dudes who’ve been on it nonstop for years. Built different… or just don’t care about consequences.

Definitely listen to Panda. Tren is addictive as fuck! I get this feeling like I’m superior than the people around me. I don’t get aggressive or on edge but do become cocky and arrogant.

Ultimately you will have to try it out, asses how you respond mentally and adjust from there.

By the way, I wish I had never done tren. I should’ve waited.

I'm convinced I got super lucky and tren doesn't fuck my head up, maybe a touch more irritable. One weird side is tren makes me obsessed with my girlfriend, not in the paranoid - she's cheating on me way - but in the way where I just want to be touching her all the time, want to be near her all day. Tren makes me all mushy and sappy haha

Currently running 15mg test prop and 15mg tren ace per day like the youtube internet junkies and feeling great. Coming up on 2 weeks and the strength and gym aggression and annoyingly loud libido is in full effect. Just a tad of night sweats, nothing compared to when I ran at 420mg per week tren ace but its there. Fullness is back and haribo gummy addiction is in full swing . I say fuck the 300+ tren doses , respectfuly.

I like to start at 350mg them bump every week til I get to 1cc then ride that out til I can’t handle the night sweats.

I get nightmares/night terrors. Sometimes my wife has to wake me up, but this happens regardless of whether or not I’m taking tren. Tren does amplify it. Since starting prazosin this hasn’t been an issue. I also take seroquel for sleep so I’m knocked the fuck out and sleeping 6-8hrs Only real issue (not including the internal damage) that bothers me is night sweats. It fuckin sucks!!

I like to keep test low when doing tren. Mostly bc of what I’ve heard on the anabolic round table. So I’d say 300mg test - 600mg+ tren.

Yes sir 1cc tren A/ED.

Lost about 50-60lbs of strength during a move. Didn’t lift for roughly 3 months. Ate like complete shit. Slowly got into working out then got back on my powerlifting routine. Once I got back into routine and hit that tren strength was back in about 2months.

I’m currently running test 300mg, tren a 420mg, npp 420mg with tne/oxy/Dbol for PWO.

I’m chasing numbers

If your talking ace prop there's no 400mg. There's no such thing as weekly dose on a chem that's gone in 48hours. Enth...300mg a week is strong. Tren ace 75mg every DAY! Microdosing is junkie YouTube bullcrap. It wrecks your system.....bang it right and get off it. Wrecking lipids for 2lbs total micro dosing bs.....Just quit the gym. You're not a toxic masculine beef cake. Get in the kiddie pool. Lol

I've been speaking to Aggie about DHB and his experiences. My plan is to run DHB in a growth phase coming from single digit bodyfat, but you saying it is a polisher is making me think it is better during a cut? Makwa has a few threads on DHB, that's where I originally got the idea. Plan is 750mg test e/300mg dhb per week.

By saying feed the tren beast, do you think it would be a more potent grower so to speak than tren? I've used neither before but still fairly inexperienced when it comes to compounds on the whole.
