Cortisol blood test results. After discussing this with my Dr. I think this is an often overlooked test especially if your gonna be on cycles!

How do you keep your so low? Mine is always high..
Plenty of sleep, eat regular meals to keep blood sugar spikes. Also keep my caffeine to a minimum
