I must say I am very upset with the experience I received from this company after a couple of great orders . After applying to one of their promos I was sent the following messages
“ Steroidify Jan 22 Delete
Hi. Well since your order is not confirmed yet your account is marked as one we want to invite for promo thus you have received this message. Please use an alternative email address to submit your current order to Theo.”
After submitting my order to Theo multiple times, confirming through messages in here that I was still invited to do the promo. In which I was told I was and they were just extremely backed up and to just be patient in which I was. I had informed them that I was looking to run a cycle shortly and was waiting one their response to put in the order and add anything extra in which I was told to just be patience.
I then get a email from Theo on Friday stating
“ Thank you for your message and for your enthusiasm — we truly appreciate your interest and support.
After internal consideration with our team, we’ve decided that we’re not able to move forward with this specific arrangement.
However, you are always welcome to apply to any of our promotions on Eroids through the regular application channels.
Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.”
Now this is their company they can do as they see fit I just don’t understand how they can send me a message directly telling me I have been chosen to participate and to send me order in for tjem to its string me along and then say “actually never mind” now instead of me just placing an order normally and most likely having it already in transit I need to start the process from scratch all due to them not being upfront and honest l.
When I brought this to Theo attention the resonate u for was very unprofessional as he felt I was threatening them by saying I was going to let the board know of my experience with them during this promo
With that being said I would like to say all my other orders went smooth and I never had any other problems which is why this really did not sit right with me. Really disappointed things played out this way as I had much respect for this company before this went down the way it did. They invited me to a promo then made it seem like I was the one annoying them for submitting the order to the email address they provided following their instructions.
I have since tried to correct and apologize for any misunderstanding in emails and messages with no response. Real shame it played out that way.

I’m always grateful to be in a promo, but I unfortunately received two vials of DHB that expire in a couple days. I’m not comfortable pinning stuff that’s meant to go bad, especially when it was made four years ago. @Steroidify please remove me from the promo because I can’t give a review on a product that is unusable.

If you received a vial with no expiration date it could be 20 years old for all you know. What do you do in that situation?
Not trying to be an ass. Just genuinely curious why you’re getting hung up on an arbitrary expiration date.
I haven’t encountered a scenario like that, but I would definitely be hesitant to use it.
All I’m saying is I think we should put more respect to the expiration date. It’s there for a reason, and even if a vial is technically still good months after date, we wouldn’t know our limit for pinning stuff. In my eyes it’s better to play it safe and regard the manufacturers date.
I think I saw a source that sells expired goods for something like 50% off, and that totally makes sense because the consumer knows what they’re getting.

A 4 year old vial - Is that how you look at it??!! I can tell you now that when doing promo's its likely you will get vials that more often or not will be in their final year of use because they are coming near to EXP date. These steroid vials are as sterile as sterile can be - if they aren't then you will get an infection immediately after it is manufactured anyway so the time since they were made really has nothing to do with anything. There are labs that will give 5 to 6 year shelf lives too, not just 4 years.
