+ 5 9 month progress / transformation

I got sick of feeling like shit so i got on trt at 150mg/ week. After learning how to train a little i ordered 5x test cyp 5x primobolan 175mg/ml, both pharmaqo frm osgear. Review incoming. I ran 250mg test cyp w 250mg primo for abt 9 weeks then cruised for a while. I didnt have any sides and seemed to tolerate both well so after a lil cruise i decided to push 450mg test cyp, 400mg primo for 12 weeks with a ramp up of a month. I had a lil bacne but nothing serious and as expected i did get pip from the primo. My understanding is that all primo has pip so this was welcome. I ate very clean the whole time and weigh everything. I was eating in a mild surplus. Hct got a lil high so i donate blood every so often. I feel good, look alright and wish i had gotten into lifting sooner. Im abt to get a home gym setup so i can do a 5 day split instead of 3 day and plan on atleast one more cycle, gonna do 600mg test only this time after i cut down until i have abs or start feeling like shit, whichever comes first.

Only side effect of this whole process i dont like is that im constantly unable to give myself credit. Im very hyper aware of my physique to the point that i think i have dysmorphia. Some days i walk around feeling like im jacked other days i literally feel like i look tiny but i keep these pics around to help me keep perspective. Wanted to say thanks eroids for helping me do and learn all of this safely. Thanks guys!

Did you cut first or did you recomp while on trt ? In similar situation as your second pic

I recomped hard, had the newbie gains and the new androgens workin for me. I had spent a long time dieting to get to that before pic in the middle.

FYI- primo doesn’t fully saturate until week 8-10. A 12 week blast of primo is absolutely pointless. You’re basically getting 2 weeks of full potency. You’ll find many users here running primo well into 24 weeks.

Interesting, when i cruised between the 1st and 2nd cycle i didnt drop it. But i only had 5 bottles so i just ran it. It definitely had an effect though, felt it week 7 through prob 14 even tho i dropped it week 12. its a long ester so it has a long taper off but i agree i shoulda bought more i just wanted to be careful w my lipids had a lil gear fear

You’ll see and feel it starting week 5, but it’s not fully saturated until weeks 8-10. At full saturation you’re getting full benefits. Why cut it off 2 weeks into full benefits regardless of the long ester remaining in system? To me, that’s a waste.

That’s why we do labs every 4-6 weeks to make sure you see it all when running long. 12 week blasts are old school thoughts friend. We let our labs tell us how long we can run and adjust accordingly.

Have you tried Reta? Super good for helping cut weight and keeping labs looking decent well on cycle.

My buddy has an insane amt of reta and im considering it. Im on a cut until im down to abs and dont have trouble w food noise but i know reta helps w nutrient partitioning and more than a glp agonist so i may give it a spin.
Edit: will reta help keep hct lower on cycle? What abt blood pressure? Mine was ok but went up a bit.

Best thing for HCT is hydration and cardio, which will also help BP. Reta does lower my BP slightly once I go above like 3mg a week.

I got in a lil headfunk about 10 weeks in and stopped drinking 3-4 liters a day thats prob why. Also fucked around w cardio too. Next cycle im not playing around and since ill be lean ima do a real deal surplus too.

Cialis can help with blood pressure and you get good pumps at the gym.

There is a lot of post on this site about ancillaries for health well on or off cycle.

Im on 5mg a day of cialis and love it. I forgot to mention i was also taking 25mg anavar preworkout and that prob had a good bit to do w hct and blood pressure.

Yeah, I take 5mg of Cialis daily and sometimes add an extra 5mg if I’m feeling stressed.

Yeah, Var can make blood work wonky. Some people say donating blood helps. I donate but never checked if there is a correlation.
Citrus bergamot and Red yeast rice help with lipids. Red yeast rice works like a statin so you need to be careful with it and it can cause cramping.
