+ 2 16 day Lipid rebound
I ran a 12-week lean bulk through fall into the new year and did some damage to my lipids. I dropped my test back to TRT and pulled a lipid panel the same day. The following morning, once Quest released the results, I started the stack below.
Baseline labs
• Total cholesterol: 222
• LDL-C: 154
• HDL-C: 47
• Triglycerides: 97
• Non-HDL: 175
• Chol/HDL ratio: 4.7
AM
• Methylated multivitamin 1 cap
• CoQ10 200 mg
• Dihydroberberine 200 mg
• Fish oil 4 softgels
PM
• Red yeast rice + CoQ10 1,300 mg
• Citrus bergamot 1,200 mg
• Policosanol 25 mg
• Dihydroberberine 200 mg
• Fish oil 4 softgels
That’s it. No other changes beyond pulling test back to TRT and tightening diet to maintenance.
Follow-up labs from 16 days later
• Total cholesterol: 188 (-34)
• LDL-C: 113 (-41)
• HDL-C: 57 (+10)
• Triglycerides: 85 (-12)
• Non-HDL: 131 (-44)
• Chol/HDL ratio: 3.3 (-1.4)
I was genuinely surprised how fast this moved. In the past I would have expected two to three months for numbers like this to correct. This was my first time intentionally trying to manipulate lipids with supplements and the rebound was much faster than I expected.
I’ll keep this in place for another couple of weeks and pull lipids again to see where it settles.

What was your 12 week stack? Just curious how much you ran vs your TRT dose.
Looking good!
Ran 250 mg test + proviron for 12 weeks. I’m 6’ and put on about 10 lbs, sitting around 195 now.
Not chasing big bulk, just staying lean and defined year-round without looking obviously on.
Looks good, were any of the supplement protocols different than what you normally do?
Red yeast rice + CoQ10 1,300 mg
Citrus bergamot 1,200 mg
Policosanol 25 mg
Dihydroberberine 200 mg
These were the additions.
Wow, impressive to see the results!
Lipids are one of those things all men should monitor and take care of. Glad yours recovered so quickly.
